In honour of the current events in Orlando, FL. I thought I'd dedicate a chapter to the lost lives, the suffered families and everyone affected in the area. #loveislove

Ashton's POV

"Took you guys long enough." Lewis says rolling his eyes at both Kat and I. She chuckles, giving him a half hug. Jesse waves at me from across the table as does Logan, I turn to Lewis, slapping his shoulder.

"What were you guys doing? Fucking." He joked and I laugh, if only he knew. Kat must hear from across the table when she shouts a confident 'no!' In our direction.

Lewis chuckles, raising a brow at me as he sips his fruity drink. "Still hasn't let you in the pants?"

I smile, shrugging. "Not exactly." Lewis laughs and turns to the guy next to him, then turns back to me with his drink to his lips.

"Oh, I don't mean to be rude, I'm Ashton." I introduce myself to the guy. He was taller then Lewis, jet black hair and a thick build. This guy must bench some heavy shit.

"Oh no your fine! My names Chris, Lewis's... Friend." He says and I nod. He seemed like a decent guy, as far as I can tell.

"Oh okay, how'd you two mee-"

"Ashton! Go get your girlfriend a beer, would ya?" Jesse shouts, her hand exaggeratedly slapping my shoulder. She must be drunk.

I look at Kat, waiting for her approval and when she nods I dismiss myself from the table to get her one.

Once I get to the bar, I'm sweating. The club was packed tonight and everyone was produced triple the body heat.

"Two blue moons." I order quickly, looking around the overly packed building. A drunk guy stumbles next to me, his breathing smelling like cigarettes and dog shit - literally

"Can't fucking believe this." He slurs, his head hung between his arms against the bar. He's swaying his shoulder touching mine every time.

I ignore him, watching the bartender bring me back the beers I ordered.

"Thanks." I mumble to the guy, he nods and I'm quick to walk away, glad that I was away from the drunk.

Squishing between moving bodies, a rough push causes me to drop one of the beers, it breaks and spill on the floor and my shoes.

"What the fuck-"

"You guys are fucking disgusting! How can you live that way." An angry voice yells somewhere in front of me and I'm quick to push through the bodies, my worry getting the better of me.

"Kat!" I yell, hoping nothing happened to her.

Once I'm through the crowd I see the scene. A white scrawny drunk guy is cursing at Lewis and Chris. Lewis is crying and Chris is face to face with the guy but the drunk is a good foot taller, this can't be good.

"God doesn't accept the queers!" The guy yells and I unfreeze from my spot, rushing towards them, when the drunk pushes Chris into Lewis who stumbles onto the floor.

"Hey! Hey!" I shout, pushing the drunk away from them. His nostrils flare at the two and then at me.

"Those faggots should burn in hell!" He tries to lunge at them but I grab his shirt collar, pushing him back, into a near by table.

"Ashton!" I hear someone shout but I don't respond to it, instead I strike a punch to this assholes face, repeatedly.

"Ashton stop!"

I continue, even when he doesn't respond to the blow and when blood gushes from his nose.

Two arms wrap around my body, yanking me roughly off the unconscious drunks body.

"He needs to be escorted out now!" Someone yells and I'm quickly carried out the club, getting dropped outside on the sidewalk.

I let out a breath, clenching my fists as I lean against the brick wall. Kat runs out seconds later, Lewis too.

"Babe, you okay?" She asks, her hands on my cheeks within seconds. I nod, lifting my hands to observe them.

"Your hands are bleeding." She says.

"It's his blood, not mine." I tell her and she nods, her lips falling into an 'O'.

"I'm going to get Jesse and Logan, okay? I'll be back." She says and I nod, pecking her lips before she goes back into the club.

I sigh again, leaning my head against the wall. Luckily, I didn't get arrested or detained - that would have been hell.

"Thanks." Lewis says and I had forgotten he'd even come outside.

"What?"

"Thanks... For... That." He says scratching the back of his neck and I shrug.

"It's nothing really, he was being a dick."

Lewis nods and nervously picks at his nails. "If your wondering... I'm actually g-"

"You don't have to explain yourself to me." I cute him off.

"W-What?" He says confused.

"You don't have to explain yourself to me. You do you and if your happy living your life then so be it. You don't owe me anything, alright? Just don't let another one of those guys say that shit to you - you shouldn't have to put up with that. It's 2016 for fucks sake." I chuckle at the end of my little shpeel, hoping Lewis doesn't have to carry the forsaken burden.

Lewis doesn't saying anything as he attaches his arms around my neck, hugging me, crying at the same time - I think.

"Thanks, again, oh and sorry for the hug. It's just been hard, being me isn't exactly the easiest thing right now." Lewis says wiping his eyes as he detaches hisself from me.

"Don't sweat it, okay? I'll support you, Kat will support you, Jesse and Logan and I'm sure your friend Chris supports you." I tell him and he nods, letting out a breath.

"Yeah, your right I guess."

"I know."
