I'm surprised I haven't got around to writing this earlier.
You don't write a fanfic about the main character being 'bullied' then make them fall in love with their bully. It's not how it works.
Bullying is a serious matter - not something to write a fanfic about. It's just encouraging bullying.
Bullying can cause social isolation, horrible thoughts and can make people commit suicide SO WHY THE FRICK DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE IT LIGHTLY AND THEN WRITE A BOOK ABOUT IT!!!???
PEOPLE DO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH THEIR BULLIES!!!!! I REPEAT PEOPLE DO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH THEIR BULLIES!!!!!
Instead they are scared of them, terrified of them and avoid them at all costs.
So unless they've got Stockholm Syndrome then they don't fall in love with them.
Honestly just read Bullied By The Dolan Twins. That book is exactly what I'm on about.
SO IT'S NOT FUNNY OR CLEVER TO WRITE FANFICS/BOOKS ABOUT BEING BULLIED!
'Cause if you are being bullied even in the slightest way you know that it's not nice and you certainly don't fall in love with your bullies.
