The shows that we've done have gone great. Bey is amazing and mr khaled is great.

The whole band is tight now. We even have a group chat.

I FaceTimed Izzy as I was about to go to bed. His eyes were teary. I'm guessing his parents told him.

"I'm sorry Izzy." Was all I could say.

"They lied to me." He said wiping his tears away. "I could really use one of your hugs right now."

"I wanna be there to hug you."

"I just..."

"You don't have to say anything. It's okay. I'm here for you."
He cried on the other end. And honestly it broke my heart.

"I love and miss you."

"I love and miss you too."

"I'm gonna let you go. I'm worn out."

"Alright."

"/goodnight princess./"

"Goodnight my love." I said to him and we both hung up.

"That was really sweet and kinda sad." Tana said.

"Thanks."

"I wish I had someone like you."

"Well. I can't date you. But I can be your buddy."

"Your name in my phone is now changing to buddy with several heart emojis."

"Alright pal." I said to her.
She climbed into my bed and snaked her arms around my waist.
"So you're a cuddle bug?"

"I am." She said. "Is this okay?"

"As long as you keep your lips to yourself. Yes."

"Okay." She said and snuggled close to me. I wrapped one arm around her to help keep her in place.

I got on my phone and saw that the hashtag little drummer girl was trending.

It was videos of me doing my little solo. I've been noticed.

I read the replies and saw that Izzy had retweeted it. He added a caption.

'So proud of my princess. I love you❤️💞💙💚💛💜 @Sam_Mandingo.' 

I smiled at it and put my phone down.

"Pal?"

"Hm?"

"You comfortable?"

"Mhm."

"You asleep?"

"Mhm."

"Who am I?"

"Buddy." She said like a toddler.

"Yea. Goodnight pal."

"Night night buddy."

We woke up at 3 am and we left for Canada.

Before sound check us high schoolers had a school technically. Our teachers would email us the work and we'd just do it.

I was taking a quiz and tana sat on my lap.

"Hey buddy." She said to me.

"Hi pal."

"Is that a quiz?"

"It is."

"What's it on?"

"German."

"You take German?"
