"Rose... I can explain." She says, standing up with her hands in the air.
"Yeah. Because you always have an explanation for everything." I say coldly.
"I do. Honest." She says, slowly lowering my arms.
"Better start, then."
"Well I would really like to say it to you in private " She says quietly like it was a secret or something.
The doctor looks at her uncertainly
"I'll be fine. You can go" I say to him as sure I could be. He looks at me one last time unsure. I give him a nod and a smile to show I am fine. He gets up and leaves, not closing the door on his way out. I shut it with my telekinesis.
"Well let's hear it, then." I say to her. She looks like she is debating something in her head.
"Umm. I don't know how to say this but you were right." She says in defeat.
"I am a spy but not for the company like you think but government. We're trying to get evidence that prove this company is doing illegal testing on humans". She says quickly as if she is afraid of something. She looks down. I sigh in relief. So she's not here to kill me, yet anyways.
"But how do we know if you're not lying?" James says, entering the room.
"Trust me. I'm not lying. Listen. My name is Agent Valentine and I have been sent here undercover to, again, get evidence to prove that the Shadow Room is doing illegal tests on humans. The government has been trying to shut these people down for a long time but didn't want to send anyone in undercover because of the danger that may've been behind the front doors until a week or so ago."
"We need a plan to get out of here." I say.
"I can take care of the codes to the rooms." Anoura says, kinda confusing me. Whatever.
"I remember the quickest way out of here." James says. Anoura looks over to him with a pizzled expression. "Photographic memory." He explains.
"Great." I say. "We have to leave before next week."
"Why?" Anoura asks.
"Well, the company needs a week for a serum to be developed so that our powers don't have as much effect to the guards."
"Let's get to sleep. We have a big day tomorrow."
