As I walk away from James, I turn and head down the poorly lit hallways into a door that is just like all the other doors but this is one of the few that is empty. I open the floor board third down from the door and second to the left. I found an old Motorola phone that I use for work.
"Agent Valentine, report status." My very annoying handler said
"Both subjects Q and Z seem to be in perfect health and it is also true that when Subject Q gets mad, her powers flare. I recommend sedation before taking them in, sir." I say in a monotone voice.
"Good, because the timetable has moved up, the director wants them in by the end of next week." He says.
They are true idiots if I have ever seen or heard one. Yeah, let's take two very powerful people and sedate them. Then threaten them into joining an organization. Yeah great idea.
"Yes, sir," I say
"Good work, Agent Valentine." He says in his annoying voice.
"Sir there is one more thing"
"What is it"
"Well Subject Q already thinks I am a spy, but for the corporation. But most importantly, I think I have lost the trust in subject Z."
"Well then, get it back!" He screams before hanging up.
