Chapter 10

"He's not in Yorkshin," Kakashi sighed, adjusting his headband, "After four days..."
Naruto flopped onto the couch, exhausted, "Why can't we find him???"
"You do realise, he has the same level of abilities as our top Hunters, do you not?" Kurapika stated as he walked towards the kitchen.
Naruto bolted up, "Ya!" He huffed.
Sakura shook her pink head as she read the newspaper, trying to look for any new information.
Kurapika met both Gon and Killua in the kitchen, shutting the door behind him.
"What's the matter?" Kurapika had lowered his voice, placing his hand on Leorio's granite counter.
Killua looked toward the living room where everyone sat, then to Gon, who was stretching.
"Alluka's getting impatient," Killua dug his hands into his pocket, "She says that Nanika can help." Mostly because she doesn't want me to leave her alone.
"But Killua, you know that-"
Gon gave a look that made Kurapika stop while he was ahead.
Gon stood straight, noticing Leorio's presence coming closer to where the three were, "Alluka should stay here, Illumi would rather have her dead than not in his hands."
Kurapoka's eyebrows raised, he's not as frivolous as he used to be.
The door swung open, "Oh mina," Leorio pointed a thumb to the room behind him, "I found something you might want to know."
Killua rolled his eyes, "Stop acting like you're some innocent person, you're like the rest of us, you knew we were in here," he still didn't take his hands out of his short pockets as he gazed upwards to Leorio frowning down at him.
He huffed as they left the small area.
Gon's brown eyes flickered to the blonde haired ninja, trying to figure out why his aura made him uncomfortable, but slid the thought to the back of his mind when Gon sat next to the laughing boy, right now his odd aura wasn't the main concern.
"What is it, then," Sasuke strolled in silently bringing a towel to his dark hair, it was wet because of the shower he just took, making Sakura blush as red as a cherry tomato.
Naruto fumed, "Did you find the guy, yet?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
Leorio watched as everyone contemplated on what he was going to tell them, then shook his head, "No, but I did get a call from that fat brother of yours," He jolted a hand to Killua's direction, "He said that Illumi's on Kukuroo Mountain."
Killua sighed, fidgeting with a yoyo, then met Leorio's stare, "Why would Milluki call you?"
"The real question is," Sakura frowned, "Why your assassin family brother is helping you get to him.." she placed the newspaper down roughly.
"Che," Killua clicked his tongue, "Probably because he knows we'll be the ones getting killed."
"What!?" Naruto jumped up, startling Gon.
"Quiet, Naruto, we all knew this would be a dangerous mission," Kakashi said calmly, he put away the book he had been reading.
Gon sat silently, fuming in his own thoughts. We're going back...to Killua's house... In Dentora.
"Never thought we would go back there," Kurapika pondered, nudging Leorio,
"Right, Leorio?"
"Mhmm, good luck."
"When're we leaving?" Sasuke stretched his arms, his eyes growing darker by the second.
Naruto grew serious as well.
"We should go now," Gon stated, grabbing his fishing rod by the wall.
Each ninja and Hunter alike agreed, knowing what danger lies ahead.
"Nii-chan?"
Killua's head whipped to the top of the staircase, "Alluka?"
Leorio swallowed, still not quite comfortable with her abilities.
"You're leaving me?" Her eyes filled with tears, while her mouth trembled.
Killua frowned, "You can't come this time, sorry Alluka."
She rushed down and into his arms, "Nii-chan!!" She cried.
Naruto scratched the back of his neck, Kakashi pulled out his book again.
Sasuke narrowed his eyes, wondering how the white haired boy had so many sides to him, then glanced to Gon, who's eyes darkened.
Kurapika hung his head slightly, as he noticed Sakura tearing up too.
Leorio just stood there, and gulped, not sure how to handle the situation.
After a few minutes, Alluki fell asleep crying, her alter ego often secretes a ton of energy from her, so most of the time she sleeps.
Trudging down the stairs, reuniting with the group, Killua was gloomier than before, "Alright, let's head out," he thanked Leorio for everything he's done, giving him a pat on the arm.
Leorio nodded solemnly, knowing that any of them would've done the same.
"Let's take an airship to your town then take a tour bus up," Gon said as they walked out, oddly enough, he was excited to meet the kind gate keeper who had helped Kurapika and Leorio and himself out when they visited Killua.
Naruto jumped a few times over children running by, just to keep up his exercises, Sakura tried to tell him to stop even though she wanted to try it out too.
Kakashi ended up scolding them, telling them that they should act like real Ninja, all the while, Sasuke kept on rolling his eyes.
Gon laughed at the scene, joining in the fun, running and leaping over people, as Killua followed suit.
Kurapika walked beside Kakashi, laughing to himself at his friends.
Killua turned his head to the sky for a second, letting out the breath that he just took, Buying seven airship tickets is going to ring me dry.

Sooooo.... I'm actually in the works of writing a Soul Eater Fanfic.... I'm not going to publish it until I'm done this one!
Does everyone ship SoMa? Or is it Death the Kid and Maka? XD
Well, for me, it's definitely SoMa... sorry. ^^
