Amelia questioned, "Earth?"
Blade extended his hand, and Amelia put her palm in it. He helped her up.
Trudy replied, "You made some plants... You made them..."
Blade finished her sentence, "You controlled plants."
Amelia was surprised, but also curious. Trudy hugged Amelia, "I'm so proud."
Amelia pulled back, "I'm not. What am I?"
Blade hugged Amelia, "You're amazing."
Amelia smiled, and Penny walked up, "Not intruding, am I?"
The two pulled away, Amelia shook her head, "No."
Penny, with a slight smirk, said, "Sure, sure. Darren wants to speak with you."
Amelia said a short goodbye to Penny, Blade, and Trudy.
Amelia went into Darren's office. Amelia looked over, and saw Darren sitting at his desk.
Darren said, "Trudy had already said you've gained a new... power."
Amelia frowned, "How did she-" Amelia cut herself off, knowing it was with wolf telepathy.
Darren nodded, guessing that she had guessed correctly, "Yeah, and that interests me. You can control... What? Plants?"
Amelia shrugged, "I don't know."
Darren pushed forward a dead plant, "This died, a couple days ago, I hadn't the chance to revive it with water and care. I'd like you to do that for me."
Amelia was shocked by his request, but she extended her hand. She wanted to try, and so she didn't need to be asked twice.
She traced it's brown, weak stem. She focused on it. The rose was dead, but she felt something alive in it.
Amelia slowly let her fingers raise to the rose's petals which were hanging on by thread.
Amelia thought about how beautiful it'd be. How the smell would fill the cold room.
The attempt failed, and she looked to Darren, "I can't."
Darren said, "Forget your fears, come on, you can do it."
Amelia tried again, she closed her eyes and thought about how it'd be to run through a field of roses.
Blade holding her hand as they happily strolled through a field full of bright red and pink roses.
Darren shouted, "Amelia!"
Amelia's eyes shot open, and she looked down to see four roses sprouted.
She retreated her hand back to her side and studied the flower.
Darren said, "Want to know something funny?"
Amelia was in awe, but at his question her head looked up. She nodded, still with a pleasant smile on her face.
Darren chuckled, "I only planted one rose."
Amelia excitedly bounded up from the chair, "I control Earth!"
Darren smiled, "That's amazing!"
Suddenly, Lacey bursted through the door, "Hey, Sis."
Amelia spun around, "Lacey." she hissed.
Darren stood up, "How did you-" he cut himself off, "What do you want?"
Lacey grabbed a book nearby, and it slowly caught fire.
Lacey looked to Amelia, who had her hands on the table.
Amelia was leaning back and used her hands as support. Amelia didn't notice that vines were slowly growing on the desk.
Lacey snapped, "Guess we've both got powers. Mine's better!"
She sent the flaming book hurtling toward Amelia's head.
Amelia ducked, and the book caught the vines on fire.
Lacey grabbed Amelia's arms and pushed her out the door. She quickly closed he door and set it aflame.
Penny rushed up the stairs and pushed Lacey into the flaming door.
Lacey's skin didn't burn, instead she stumbled forward after falling back.Lacey smiled sinisterly, "How cute, you'd think that'd work."
Lacey grabbed Penny's throat and slammed her against the wall. Penny's neck began heating up.
Amelia was frozen in fear, and Blade grabbed Lacey and pushed her onto the floor.
Blade snarled, "You did this!" he gestured to the door.
Lacey chuckled, "You did say I was an old flame, didn't you?"
Her hands lit to fire, "And you got burned?" she added and sent a fireball by his head.
Blade dodged it, barely, and grabbed the shocked Amelia.
Penny's throat had second degree burns, and she was gasping for air.
Blade tugged Amelia to safety at the stairs. He returned with Penny.
Blade was holding Penny bridal style, and he stopped at Amelia.
Blade exclaimed, "Go!"
Amelia had tears slowly falling, "What about Darren?"
Trudy appeared and grabbed Amelia's wrist, tugging her down the stairs.
Suddenly, the castle began to cave in. The wooden support beams slowly caved on themselves.
Amelia and Trudy made it out the door, but Blade was unfortunate.
Blade had his foot stuck under a rock and he exclaimed, "Help!"
Amelia halted, and looked back, "Blade!"
Amelia ran back, and Trudy was helping Penny.
Amelia looked up, and the pile of rubble, which was the castle, had unsafe stones above Blade.
Amelia tried to help heave Blade out. Suddenly, a rock above them fell. It was coming straight at them.
