The End

Amelia rushed off the peer and looked at the barely alive Blade.

  Blade was breathing heavy, and was struggling for air.

  Amelia hugged him, "Please, stay with me. I can't bare to loose you."

  Blade had his back pressed against a palm tree, and Amelia was on her knees hugging him.

  "I'm healing," he said with a dry raspy voice, "it's just he hit a artery."

  Amelia smiled with tears rolling down, "You're going to be okay?"

  Blade nodded, "I think so."

   Amelia hugged him, but he flinched in pain and Amelia jerked back, "Sorry." she sheepishly smiled.

  Amelia let Blade hang his arm around her, and Amelia helped Blade to the car.

  Amelia put him in the passenger side, and let him sleep most of the way.

  Two days later, and Amelia was reunited with Trudy and the pack. Blade was now the alpha, and Trudy was beta.

  Amelia twisted the door handle, and she inched inside. It was a gothic castle, much like the one that Lacey destroyed.

   Amelia scanned the area, "I think this will do."

  Blade intertwined their fingers, and he nodded, "We're home."

  Amelia looked over with a smile, and she thought for a second that she saw her father, behind Blade, approvingly nod.

  Amelia didn't feel frightened, instead she looked behind her to the pack.

  Blade looked back, and he said, "Get to know the pack house," he said, "I'll be right back."

   He gently tugged Amelia's wrist, and she followed.

  The two transformed into their wolf and darted off into the woods.

   They stopped at the edge of the river. They transformed back into human.

  Blade kneeled down, "Amelia, I fell in love with you. I don't understand how hard this is for you. Everything has happened so quickly. In a pack, the luna is a the mate of the alpha. It's like being married, but we're young. I know that. It's just, humans have dating. Werewolves don't, they go straight to being mates. I want to be close to you, and I don't know what we are. Please, help me understand what we are."

Amelia wrapped her hands around his, and he got up, she said, "We can be mates, and later we can get married. Have both of our traditions?"

  Blade hugged Amelia, "I'm in love with you."

  Amelia hugged him back, "I'm in love with you."

   They went back to the pack and announced the news, everyone celebrated. Trudy congratulated them, and Amelia happily went along as the mate to Blade.
