Amelia struggled to get Blade out, but the rock interrupted her attempts. She looked up and tightly shut her eyes.
She extended her arm, as if to catch or stop the large rock.
She felt pressure and her eyes shot open. The rock was being held back by her hands. She yelled, "Someone! Help!"
Trudy helped heave out Blade, as did the other pack members that made it out.
Blade got out and Amelia swiftly moved away and let the rock crash into the ground.
Blade hugged Amelia, and stood up, "Thank you."
Amelia wrapped her arms around his neck, and he wrapped his arms around her waist.
She lifted her legs around his hips, "I couldn't bare the thought of loosing you, too!"
Blade said, "I can't hold you, my foot... My foot hurts."
Amelia stumbled back, "I'm sorry!"Blade chuckled, "I'm fine. Just not that fine."
Blade sat down and let someone doctor on his foot.
Trudy walked up, "Penny's gone."
Amelia's heart sank, and she looked over. Seeing Lacey, Amelia was filled with anger.
Lacey smirked, "Come any closer and I light your boyfriend on fire."
Amelia was frozen, anger flamed through her, "I'll kill you myself! You'll be sorry!"
Lacey strode over, and handed her a small tank, with a fish in it, Amelia's fish, and then Lacey stepped back five feet, "There you go, Sis!"
Amelia handed the fish to Trudy, and Amelia smiled falsely to Lacey, "Why don't you come closer and I'll show you how thankful I am!"
Lacey frowned, "What's wrong?"Amelia gritted her teeth, "My father gave me that fish."
Lacey chuckled, "How ironic. I killed him."
Amelia stepped forward, "I'll kill you."
Lacey chuckled, "Meet me at the beach. Then we'll talk."
Amelia was shocked, "The beach is two days away!"
Lacey said, "Meet me there at 4:30pm."
Before Amelia could interject, Lacey started to walk off.
Trudy yelled, "Amelia, come here!"
Amelia looked back and rushed over. Blade was coughing, "I bruised my lung."
Amelia looked back, but Lacey had disappeared.
Amelia asked, "Will he be okay?"
Trudy nodded, "If he makes it tonight. Werewolves heal quickly, his foot already healed. His lung needs to have the rest tonight."Amelia nodded.
Everyone spent the rest of the day mourning the loss of the alpha, delta, healer (Abigail), and Garth.

It was now 1:00am, and Amelia was laying on Blade's arm.
Blade whispered, "You okay?"
Amelia nodded, "Yeah. You?"
Blade replied, "Yeah. Look at the stars."
Amelia looked up, and saw all the stars. The moon was shining bright.
Amelia said, "I used to stargaze with my father."
Blade sighed, "That's sweet. I'm sorry you lost him."
Amelia's tear slowly rolled down her cheek, and said, "I'll get even."
Blade replied, "For now, get some sleep."
Amelia sighed, "I love you."
Blade replied, "I love you, too."~•~
Amelia awoke, and looked around frantically, she saw Blade stretching.
Amelia was relieved, "You're okay."
Blade nodded, "Are you?"
Amelia nodded, "I didn't turn."
Blade helped her off ground, "When do we head to the beach?"
Amelia shrugged, "At noon."
Trudy walked up, "I'll go."
Amelia shook her head, "I can't risk loosing you!"
Trudy hugged her, "I can't risk loosing you."
Amelia pulled away, "I'm going alone. That's final."
Trudy shook her head. Amelia gritted her teeth, "You have no choice. Do you trust me?"
Trudy nodded. Blade chimed in, "I'll keep her safe."
