2 HRS PREVIOUS, IN THE NEW SCHOOL,  LIBBYS' POV.. ...
Apollo! No... no.
He flys away, leaving shocked sadness in his wake.
I hug Luke, crying.
He seems on edge about me crying on him, but hugs me back.
He says brotherly love things, and I go to find my dragon.
I'e decided to name him Starlight, after his bright colouration.
He reports, "Apollo wanted me to give you this message...."
I nod, concerned. Did something happen?
Starlight continues, "Even if this affects us both, we are one. Nobody can take us apart. I will always be here for you."
I choke, bursting out in tears,
Starlight runs up to me, and looks up into my eyes.
He asks, "What's wrong, Lib?"
I keep sobbing.
I ask, "Who... who call... called me that?"
He brightens up and reports, "Apollo."
I burst out crying some amore.
My roomie bursts in, and hugs me.
She asks, "What's wrong? I could hear you all the way down the hall!"
I blubber, "I... had a crush on him..he did too... I didn't realize... until he told me... n... now he's gone!"
She hugs me, her blonde hair flopping onto my face.
She whispers, "What do you mean by, gone?"
I sob, "War, Sharon. War."
She hugs me, and mumbles, "He'll be fine. You'll both be okay. I'd promise, but I can't make that promise for you, sweetie."
Sharon is like the mother I never had. She tends to be in the right place in the right time to help.
I hug her, tears falling off my face.
Starlight warbles, uncomfortable.
The moon glistens over the horizon, and I turn wolf.
I back up, tears falling down my muzzle.
She looks at me, and I can tell she understands.
Her eyes radiate compassion, and her small smile give me hope.
A knock on the door startles me.
I open it, and the female headmaster is behind the door.
Creases and concern are pasted on her face.
She asks, "What's wrong?"
She notices the look of dispair on my face, and pulls me into a hug.
She asks, "You liked Apollo, didn't you?"
I nod, tears staining her blouse.
She whispers, "I have confidence in his return. He is determined, and bullheaded. I've heard a lot about him from Mrs. Pan. He'll be fine."
I nod, drying my river of tears.
She looks at my red face, and smiles.
Starlight leaps to my shoulders, barely swaying me.
I ask, "I never caught your name."
She smiles and replies, "Ms. Stone."
She leaves me with a supper menu, and a radio in case I need to talk.
I sit back beside my roomie.
She smiles, and whispers, "I see you've got your human side and wolf side under control now. Look at your hands."
I look down, and gasp.
My hands are pale, and apposible.
I hug her, tears of joy echoing down the hall.
A thought hammers me, "What's Apollo thinking about? Does he miss me?"
