APOLLOS' POV.
Pandora wakes me gently,
I stand up, throwing my armor back on.
I grab Pandoras', and begin to strap it on.
Her shinning silver armor seems to radiate today, probably because tonight is a full moon.
It scares me, because the men don't know of my curse... and this is the fifth full moon I've seen while outside, after activating the curse. I know what happens. It isn't fun.Pandora seems equally concerned, but we walk out anyways.
We ride out, and the leader throws me a pemican stick, and we ride off.
I crunch down on it, thinking of what might be in it.
I naw on it, the Shadows trying to be dominate all at once.
I have so many Shadows...Flash!
Apparently another one's come out.
I'm in the Shadow Jungle, searching again.
I hear a rustle, and a large object leaps onto me.
A gentle purr brings my eyes open.
An animal I've never seen before is on my chest.
It must be the leapords every farmer grumbles about.
It has blue eyes, and black and blueish fur, instead of orange and black.
It purrs, and a burn hits my heart.
It rumbles, and disappears.
I look around, realizing I must have more in here yet.
I walk cautiously, waiting.
A streak of colour whizzes by, like colourful ribbon in the wind.
Then, the streak comes back.
I stick my hand out, and it stops.
I realize the colour was from its' eyes.
It's eyes are magnificent, a swirl of every colour in motion.
It's mischievous smile makes me laugh.
I notice it's stub of a tail, and realize it must be a white bobcat.
It purrs, and bonds to me.
FLASH!Pandora warbles in concern.
She must've realized where I was.
She growls, "If you're not careful, you'll hurt yourself."
I ask, "How..,"
Then I realize what she meant.
I realize my mistake.
Oh c&&&!
The leader must've sensed my distress, and turns to look at me.
I look down, fear echoing around in my heart.
Boom! Boom! CRACK!
A white flash nearly hits us.
The sun is setting.
I was gone a whole day?
The leader signals to land, and we land quickly. We find a clearing, and set up camp.
I see the moon, and hold myself back.
Then, I notice somehing weird about it.
I can't place a finger on it until the leader cries, "Full moon eclipse!"
I sigh, and 'go for water".I find a creek, and a wave of nasuea hits me.
I crumble to the ground, and pass out.
Oh crud. Not good.I hear the leader scream, along with a few soldiers.
I crack my eyes open.
I shake my pelt, and notice a pair of extra extremities on my back.
A pair of owl and Eagle like wings stick out of my body.
I look into the creek, and see a pretty cool animal.
I have wings, like a bird. I have the long bobcat legs, and the leapords' eyes.
The wolf-like body seems to hold it all together.
I have muscles down my wolfy body, and a fox's head and tail.
I smile, and look to the eclipse.
I trot back to camp, making use of my long legs.
A few men point spears, but I ask, "Why are you pointing a weapon at your own man?"
They drop their weapons.
They ask, "Do you turn into something every night?"
I nod, and reply, "Usually the wolf or tiger. Becuase of the lunar situation, I turned into all my Shadows."
They ask, "What's a Shadow?"
I reply, "I'll show you when I turn human. Where's Pandora?"
She trots out, and freezes.
She snarls, lashing her tail.
I call, "No! It's me!"
Her eyes hold mine, and she relaxes.
She growls, "You looked like a natural enemy of dragons."
I ask, "Oh yah? Which one?"
She growls, "Minus the wings, you look like a Oib."
I nod, remembering that they used to eat dragon eggs.
