Charlotte's P.O.V

" ... think it looks nice," he said as he looked me straight in the eyes.

"SEE! He likes it, how come you don't?!" Cedrick asked a little too high this time.

It was my time to massage my forehead, oh great. Now I have to convince TWO people to not make this my look!

"Let her be. And make this her look for next week's party. I'll leave the gown to you Cedrick."

"Yes sir."

"Come on, let's drop by a restaurant to have breakfast," he said.

"Wait! Shouldn't I take this off first?" I asked pointing at my face.

Cedrick gave me a look of disbelief while the other one turned around and gave me a knitted brows.

I gave them my blank face as I stood up with no more words said.

"Give her clothes that she could wear without her stomach being... squished," he then said.

Cedrick just nodded.

"Come. I think I have a lot of clothes I could give you," he said.

"You can put it in my paycheck," the boss told the designer.

But he just nodded, "I'll give it as my gift to her."

And then he pulled me to a room full of clothes.

After minutes of choosing, he gave me a bag full of clothes.

"Thank you," I said.

"You're welcome," he smiled.

He looked at Jayden and back to me.

"I'll bring the gown in three days. Prepare for another round of make-ups and hairstyles," he said those to me.

I gave him a scowl.

"I need to meet up with a person first. Would you like to come along?" he asked.

I nodded and followed him. Strange looks are thrown my way but I ignored all of it. But the monster barely notices because he's talking to someone in the phone. The crowded street is making it harder for me to follow considering how fast the man is walking. I ran to catch up with him but unfortunate things happen such as tripping on your feet. Aish, dmn it hurts. I stood up and took my time for my foot to recover, but when I faced forward the monster is already gone.

I looked sideways and that time I know I'm screwed.

This day is horrifyingly terrible. I have been walking for God knows how long and I'm hungry as fck. This isn't good. To add up my frustrations the sky is starting to get dark, I think it's gonna rain sooner.

I mentally cried as I regretted on taking my eyes off him this morning.

Then my nightmare came when the rain started pouring. I slowly walked with my head bowed down. Panicking wouldn't help me in any way so I decided to just be calm.

But being calm led me to nowhere either as I suffered with this cold cruel weather.

I thought of returning to Cedrick's shop but I can't remember where I came from.
