Thoughts rush through my mind
Hard to explain
You don't get it anyway
No matter how I try to tell you
It's still too
Hard to understand
I didn't plan
To get stuck with this
Snowball of thoughts
I'd get rid of them if i could
But I can't
They don't always disappear as planned.
All I can do
Is wait
Try to do what I can
To calm myself until it all goes away
And hope you are still there
Not angry
So it doesn't start again.

Sometimes I can
Stop it in its tracks
But if I can't
It's all over after that.
Just stick with me
Try to help
