I finally saw it
That horrible moment
You couldn't get out of
The desperation
To stop the pain
That wouldn't go away.
I felt the anger
Yelling and screams
I just wanted him
To get away from me.
Wanting to be alone
Maybe that would help
To not think so bad of myself
But yet wanting it all to end
So I wouldn't have to keep trying
Past this moment.
But I am here
To keep fighting
A battle I can't win
Along with these demons.
