Lauren's POV

I was riding my horse, a smiling Brook behind me, her arm wrapped around my waist, and the other down beside her. I was on my way to Meteli, to tell Cadenza and dad about their engagement. Of course, they were riding beside us, Aphmau leaning against Laurence. He glancing at Aphmau questioningly, but then looked back so his horse wouldn't wander off of the trail while he stared at us. I giggled, then realized we were almost there. I got my horse to speed up, and so did Laurence. Aphmau moaned quietly, and Laurence slowed down. After a few minutes we were finally there, going through the gates, heading to the stables. Since last time, Cadenza had reserved a couple stables for us. We tied the horses up, and Laurence woke Aphmau up. She had fallen asleep a few minutes before we got here. Aph... Aph!" he whispered, as she sighed, opening one of her eyes. He helped her off, and and we started walking off towards the Lord's house. Aphmau seemed to be feeling better, now she just looked hungry.

Laurence's POV

It had only been an hour, and the girls (Lauren and Cadenza) were still bouncing around, squealing. Aphmau giggled a few times, making me smile. Dad was actually pretty happy, he told me that my mom would be proud... On a happier note, Cadenza started freaking out, and started begging us to let her and Lauren plan the wedding.

"Well... We're engaged." I said. Cadenza's eyes widened and she made a ton of high pitched girly screams and squeals. "OMI CAN LAUREN AND I PLAN THE WEDDING PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?!?" She asked, Lauren caught off guard. "Huh? Wait what?" I snickered, and looked at Aphmau. "I mean, if Laurence is okay with it, it's fine by me.." Aphmau said. Cadenza looked at me with pleading eyes. I rolled my eyes playfully, and nodded. She squealed father put his hand over her mouth. Suddenly it dawned on Lauren, what she had just been forced to do. "Oh my Irene..." She joined in with Cadenza in her squealing.

"Stop squealing!" I said, pulling them apart. Dad snorted. "You deal with this from her, too?" He asked. I looked at Lauren, then back at Hayden. "Yes... All the time." I told him. We laughed a bit then went to the kitchen to make breakfast. "Feed. Me." Brook demanded, turning towards Lauren.

Aphmau's POV

Brook was hungry. So was I. "Feed. Us." I said. Laurence and Lauren looked scared. "O-Okay..." Laurence said, grabbing Cadenza's wrist, pulling her off to the kitchen. Lauren followed, eyeing us awkwardly. We sat down on the couch, our mission for food had succeeded. Well, almost. "Yay! Food!" Lord Hayden said, making us giggle.
He had a cheery smile and his cheeks were a little red. But he just looked like a nice, older father figure. After about thirty minutes, the girls came back in with a few plates and handed Brook, Hayden and I one. Laurence came in with our drinks and gave them to us. "Oh my Irene its food yassss..." Brook muttered, and dug in. "Bacon!!!" I said.

After a little while, every one had eaten, and Cadenza and Lauren dragged Laurence and I to the table and sat down. She started making the plans for the wedding with us.
