Elevator

Plot: After Vidcon, Dan and Phil take the elevator up to their floor in the hotel. They suddenly get trapped in for a while, and things start to happen. oy! (other youtubers) also in this story!

          Dan and Phil were back from a fun but tiring time at Vidcon. Many fans came to get their books signed and to get selfies with them. They were dazzled by the cosplays of Dil that they saw.                                                                                                                                                                                                       They went into the elevator, pressing the number 8, which was their floor. It stopped by other floors so the other Youtubers could go to the party. They saw Marcus, Tyler, Alfie, and Louis, flashing their friendly smiles and greeting them a hello. Once they got to the 8th floor, they were relieved. It was taking a while for the elevator to open, but they could wait for a minute. Panic rose in the both of them when they've waited 5 minutes inside this stuffy box that transports them wherever they wanna go inside the hotel. They tried to press the open button but that didn't work.

They didn't know what they were supposed to do as they were super tired and wanted to rest. They texted Louise on WhatsApp to tell the hotel, and so she did. They were informed that it would take 30 to 45 minutes for the elevator to be in working condition, and the staff are trying their best to fix it as soon as possible.

"30 to 45 fucking minutes? Come on." Dan whined, sitting helplessly on the floor. Phil sat down next to the brown haired man, thinking about how attractive, funny, and smart he was. The black haired man was madly in love with his best friend, but he was scared of being rejected. He didn't want 2012 to happen again. Dan was so distant from him and it hurt him, especially when that was the year his feelings for him was developing. So he fought his feelings, he knew Dan was straight and was scared of homophobia in the comments section.

Dan was in love with Phil too. When Phil wasn't looking, he'd always stare at his beautiful face. Who couldn't resist those beautiful, blue eyes, as well as every single thing about him. He really regretted 2012, he cared more about ignorant haters online than his best friend. They could've been boyfriends, they could've done all the cliche things couples do with each other, and it would've been perfect. Dan's matured now, and he thinks this is the perfect moment to-

"2012 wasn't a great year for us, was it?" Phil said out of the blue. Dan looked at him, scanning his face. He looked sad thinking about it, which made Dan feel bad. 

"Yeah. Phil, I..I'm sorry for that. I've grown up now and I don't care anymore. I wanna let the world know that you're my best friend and that I'm not ashamed of anything we do together." They both cringed at the word "best friend". They were so oblivious to the fact that they liked each other. 

Phil was glad that he was aware of how he felt at those times. 

"It's okay now, bear. We're okay." Phil said softly, giving Dan a hug, his arms wrapped around his neck. Dan tried to hide his red face in Phil's shoulder, even though he knew that Phil could've felt his warmness. He hugged back, arms around his waist, giving it a squeeze. They looked back at the other, arms still around each other. Observing each other's faces, they felt their heart flutter like it always did when they were around each other. 

And then they kissed, love filling the tight space. Time froze, and no one existed but them. Were they in heaven? Is this just a dream? 

They quickly broke the kiss when the elevator opened, revealing some staff, Louise, and some other Youtubers there too. Both of their faces burned rose red, now they know that they all saw what they were doing.

"Awww! New couple, new couple, NEW COUPLE!" Louise exclaimed happily. Dan and Phil were relieved that this was a YouTuber exclusive hotel, otherwise crazy fangirls would cause the two to lose their hearing. Everyone was fangirling, even the staff, as they were smiling so much even the new couple could feel how painful it was to smile that much.

"Cute little fucks." Tyler said, trying to look relaxed and calm unlike the rest of the Vidcon gang, but it was obvious he was super happy for them. Dan and Phil got back up, and walked back to their hotel room, immediately stripping down to their boxers and lying down on their now shared bed, cuddling into each other.

Now they both had the life they wished to have together. It was a dream come true, to say the least.
