I exploded out of bed in the morning, weirdly full of energy.
I pulled on Michael's robe and shot out to the living room, thirsty and hungry.
My morning started with a cappuccino. I made my bev, drank it up, and ran back into the bedroom to get dressed.
I pulled off my robe and picked my clothes from a pile.
Still naked, I crawled up my side of the bed and curled up by Michael.
"Micoo?" I said, gently.
I kissed his cheek, and he rolled over to face me.
He kissed me gently, which turned into a hot make-out session. I felt his tongue on my lips, begging for entry.
He grabbed my waist, pulling me closer.
I pulled my head away, gently. The kiss wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be, but it was time to go.
"It's time to get up and go." I said to Michael, finishing my sentence.
He kissed me once more, then we got out of bed and got dressed.
•LATER•
"So Gavin?" Michael said, pulling me away from looking out the window.
"Yeah?" I said.
"How're you and Geoff?" he asked.
"Uh... I don't know, really." I replied, honestly. I wonder what Geoff thought of it all.
The roads seemed busy, though it was already ten o' clock.
Once we go to the office, I got out of the car and pulled on my sweater. It was a cold autumn day out, and the small gusts of wind were colder than they seemed.
I looked behind me at the parking lot. Fallen auburn leaves scattered across the concrete, followed by the feeling of a cold breeze on my skin.
As soon as I opened the door, the heat of the building hit my face, slightly stinging as it met the cold temperature that previously flushed my cheeks.
"Hey, Geoff." I said as I walked into the Achievement Hunter office.
Moments later, Michael walked in. Immediately following him was Ray.
"'Sup, Ray?" I asked, excited to see my other half, X-Ray.
"Nothin'." he replied.
"Did you stay at Michael's house last night?" he added. His eyes showed true wonder, as if he was figuring out the whole 'Mavin' secret.
"No!" I replied quickly, almost too quickly.
That earned me a dirty look from Geoff, and a smile from Michael.
"Right," I said, "Time for work."
