Geoff immediately brought me to my old room, saying we "needed to talk." Michael followed right along.
I was surprised, my old room was still the same. They didn't turn it into a guest room or storage or anything, they even left the TV in it. I suppose in case I ever stayed a while.
"Gavin. Why does she know?" Geoff asked, 100% serious and not breaking eye contact.
I sighed, "Lindsay stole my phone when Micoo and I were at a pub the other day. She must've seen the texts, then she called me and threatened to tell Griffon. Next thing I knew, Micoo and I were racing her here."
"Okay, and what about Michael?" He asked, turning to look at him.
"Oh, about that, I kinda told him when we were on our way over here." I replied, blushing and hoping Geoff wasn't mad.
"Fuck, alright, you're not gonna tell anyone." he sighed, looking to Michael.
Speaking of Michael, he still looked like he was stewing over having to see Lindsay. He leaned against the wall, pretending nothing was wrong, but I could tell. It was kinda obvious. But jeez, I didn't know Lindsay bothered him that much.
"Don't tell anyone else." Geoff said, exiting the room. I followed right along, said goodbye to everyone, and left with Michael.
Damn, that was such a close call. Gotta keep my phone in check.
