We sat playing games for quite a while, until I got hungry for lunch.
"Micoo, little boy," I said, after pausing the game, "I'm gonna have a sandwich. Do you want a sandwich?"
"Uh, sure, Gav." he replied.
I stood up and walked into the kitchen. After preparing two sandwiches, I grabbed a bag of chips and two beers. I promptly returned to the living room with the food in hand.
I handed Michael his sandwich, placed the beer and chips on the coffee table, and sat down.
I bit into my sandwich. "Micoo," I said, mouth full of food, "I love you."
"I love you, too, Gav." he replied, opening the chips and bevs.
Just then, I got a phone call from Geoff.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey, Gav!" Geoff replied, "How ya been?"
"Good."
"How are things with Michael?" he asked.
I don't know.
"Good."
"Well, Griffon and I are going to the movies today. How would you and Michael like to join us?"
I turned to face Michael.
"Movies?" I asked Michael.
"Sure." he replied.
"Alright." I said to Geoff.
"Okay. Be at the theatre near the office at two-ish."
"Alright." I replied.
Then, I heard a shaking noise and Geoff laughing.
"Hello Gavin." Millie said, whom I guessed had taken the phone.
"Hey!" I said.
"Hi." she said.
"I love you, Millie."
She giggled, "Bye, Gavin."
Geoff took the phone back.
"Bye, Gav." he said.
"Later." I replied, and hung up. I checked the time, 12:27, before I set my phone down.
"Movies." I said to Michael. "Two-ish."
"Okay." he said.
And we finished eating.
