“Yes?” Harry smirks.
“Can I dance with her?” Niall asks with an attitude.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea.” “Fuck off Harry.”
“Fuck you Niall, just wait till tonight.” Harry seethes. “Be careful.” Harry whispers to me kissing my cheek so Niall doesn’t see.
Harry shoves Niall and pushes past the people in the club. I abruptly turn around not wanting to be near Niall whatsoever.
But he grips my wrist and pulls me around to face him. “What the hell are you doing?” His voice is angry. “I was dancing with Harry.” “I know that but why?”
“Why were you dancing with the army of skanks?” I bluntly respond. “Because I can.”
“Fuck you Niall. I’m so sick and tired of your games.” I yank my hand out of his grasp and turn around again. But like before he grabs me again. “Let’s get out of here.”
“No, I’m not going anywhere with you.” “Fine, have Harry drive you back to the frat house.” He lets go and walks away. I quickly find Harry and he drives me to the frat house.
*** The drive is silent and quick before I know Harry’s opening the door and leading me inside. We both walk into the living room, and everyone is here.
Alex, Monica, Beth, Louis, Addison, Liam, Zayn, Tammy, and Drew. Why the fuck is Drew here? I sit awkwardly on the couch beside Harry and Tammy. The front door slams and I look immediately knowing it’s Niall.
We both look into each other eyes, “Jade, we need to ta- What the hell? Why is everyone here?” He scans the room.
“Because it’s time to tell her the truth Niall. It’s not worth it anymore.” Louis says calmly. Okay what the fuck is going on? “No, fucking don’t say fucking anything.” Niall raises his voice. “Niall stop.” Addison screams.
“Tell her or I will.” Harry threats.
“Fuck, Jade, i.. I.” His voice cracks and tears are almost coming out of his eyes. My heart is racing inside my chest and it feels like I’m spinning around and around. “I can’t.. I can’t tell her.” He almost sobs.
“FUCKING TELL ALREADY SHE DESERVES TO KNOW.” Addison bellows freighting everyone.
“Jade, I.. I don’t love you.” He chokes on his own breath.
My heart stops beating for a moment. “What?” My breathing turns heavy. “How is I DON’T LOVE YOU not clear enough?” Alex laughs.
“Shut the fuck up Alex.” Zayn barks.
“No you shut the fuck up. I mean she actually thought that he loved her. how pathetic is that. Her father molested her, maybe that’s why she’s so fucked up.” Alex shrugs.
He told her? “You told her?” I gasp.
“What the hell Alex!” Liam booms, finally saying something.
“Yes, I told her, but I didn’t mean to.” Niall gapes.
“What else have you been doing?” Alex smiles.
“I’ve been playing you.” Niall looks at me in the eyes. “How? Why? Why me?” I raise my voice but it comes out in a cry.
“Because, you’re so innocent. Harry and I have a bet going on.” He looks down at the ground. “Jade, I’m so sorry.”
“Shut the fuck up.” I bark at him. “What else?” I raise my voice.
“I can’t. you don’t want to know.” “Fucking tell me.” I jump out of my seat, approaching him. “I don’t love you. This, us was all fake. It never was real for me. Just an act. Harry said no one could love me. And I proved him wrong. He’s paying me all for this.” He gulps.
I can’t control all the tears that escape my eyes.
“Tell her the rest. You might as well.” Harry snaps, standing up. “I.. I .. recorded us, having.. having sex. And I sent it.. sent it to Harry.” He looks up.
“What?” Addison and Alex both shout. I cover my mouth with my hand and I sob loud.
My whole world is crashing down.
“How, how could you? You’re a monster.” I sob.
