Finding Peace (In NaLu)

Chapter 2

Lucy's POV

As I get out the car I look around wondering if was here.

Wendy is his step sister and they grew up like twins After their parents moved in together when they were ten. They have a bunch of sibling rivalry. And I try not to get caught up in it but they always pull me in.

Natsu was my best friend for as long as i can remeber and very recently I started to appreciate his male point of view. He was actually my wing-man when I met Sting at his birthday party in the eighth grade. His exact words of expertise were " don't scare him away, so just be yourself, partially. "

I remember punching him in the arm for saying such things even though I took his advice. To my surprise, Sting fell for me without me having to hide anything. And ever since sting and i started dating 9th grade year, natsu has been giving me tips and tricks to survive our arguments and what not.

wendy. Let me just say she is the male equivalent of natsu. She's super cool and is also a shopping expert. We hang out like crazy mostly when natsu isn't home. They always play pranks on each other and they are honestly like siblings to me. And although I love them both, I don't think I'd ever want to watch magic mike with natsu.
I chukle to my self as I press the doorbell .

*ding ding*

I hear their little sister Carla run to the door as she screams. " no need to get up" in a sarcastic tone.

Oh god I love Carla she is so smart and waaayyyy more mature than Natsu and Wendy combined. She actually tutors happy sometimes when I bring him over, but she thinks he's annoying and that he acts like a "child" even though they both are.
But over all, she's very sweet and although she is a bit too sarcastic, I just learned to deal with it.

" oh its just you." She says as she breaks into a smile. She then comes to hug me and I hug her back. She is too tiny for a 6th grader.

" you left your car on, ya dummy" she says giggling.

Oh my. I run to my car and pull the keys out of the ignition. And I see myself in the rear- view mirror and I see that my mascara is messed up and I look like a raccoon. I need to get water proof makeup or something. I get out the car and lock it. And put my keys in my purse.

I ran back to the door and saw natsu standing there.

" Who hired the clown?" He says with a smirk.

" shut up, natsu." I say as a push my way past him. Then wendy is on the red couch staring at me. Then as I walk in I see erza sitting next to her.

" Are y'all ready to go? " I said, trying to break the silence.

" Yeah but you... "

"I know, ok?" I cut her off

"Well let's fix you up first." Erza adds with a quick smile.

We head to Wendy's room and we all sit on the bed. Without a word Wendy gets up and gets out a little bag and walks towards me. She then spills a bunch of brushes and foundation bottles.

" so are you gonna tell us how you messed up your makeup? " she says as she pumps a bit of liquid foundation on the back of her hand.

I rushed to the bathroom and washed my makeup.

Should I just tell them?

This is supposed to be a good day so I won't ruin it with my relationship issues.

I wipe my face with a towel and head back to my friends.

Wendy dips the brush in the foundation.
