Lexa's POV

I feel a little confident. I helped Octavia choose an outfit and she did the same for me. Octavia definitely has great taste. I hope Clarke likes it. I need to pick her up in an hour. I'm so nervous and excited. My heart is racing. I really need to sit down before I make my way to Clarke's house. We live right next door to each other, but I want this to feel as real as any stereotypical date. I have it all planned out. The flowers. Freshly clean car and a purse with enough money in my debit card to get her a house. I want to spoil Clarke. I want to show her that money is no object. Clarke is someone I can get lost in. I love her.

Lexa's thoughts came to an end once her father yelled her name to come down the stairs. "Yeah dad?" Lexa said well entering her fathers study. "Raccoon! Come here! I have something for you that came in the mail!" Richard was oddly extremely happy about an envelope making Lexa embarrassed hoping nobody else was witnessing her fathers actions. "What is it?" Lexa asked still weirded out. "It's from Yale!" Richard engulfed his daughter in a bear hug. Lexa was in total shock. "DONT OPEN IT!" Lexa yelled well still in the arms of her father. "What? Why?" Richard was set back by his daughters words. "Can I open it alone, daddy? It's just that this could be another moment where my life can change forever and I want to make sure I'm completely ready" Lexa pleaded making her father understand. "Okay honey. It's funny I actually said something similar to your grandfather, Titus after I confessed my love to your mother whom was only ever my best friend" Richard started to shed a tear remembering another moment with his first wife. "... And Honey, you look beautiful. Clarke is gonna lose it when she sees you" Richard tried to hold back another tear, but couldn't once Lexa gave him one of his infamous bear hugs in return for this moment Lexa will cherish for the rest of her life. "Thanks, daddy. I got to go. I love you." Lexa made her way out of the study and into her car with her envelope from Yale resting in her glove compartment.

Clarke's POV

Why does this clock not move? I want to see Lexa already! I wonder how she looks. Probably effortlessly beautiful. It's annoying how she could do that. Why do I miss her so much?!? Why is it so easily to fall in love with her?

Clarke heard a knock on her door that wasn't a knock that said 'may I come in' rather 'open the door or else' something her mother did. "What mom?" Clarke walked back to her bed to sit down waiting for a lecture. "Why was an acceptance letter to University of California in the trash bin, Clarke!" Abigail stood there waiting for a very good explanation. "Mom. I'm scared." This wasn't what Abigail expected. "why, Clarke? I know it's about the college. I know you've been waiting for this envelope for months. Years maybe. So what is it?" Abby sat there for what seemed like 5 minutes before getting a response. "ITS LEXA! What if Lexa and I can't make it through this? What if we live no where near each other? I can't lose her! I just got her!" Clarke was now begging for help. "Oh honey. You have your whole lives to find out if you're meant to be. Maybe you should talk to her about this. Not me." Abigail kissed her daughter and left her to her own thoughts.

I need to talk to Lexa. I don't want this to be a senior fling. I want her to be my life. She must have somewhere she's planning on going. I can't lose her!

Octavia's POV

I love Lexa for finding me this dress! It's perfect! I can't wait till Raven rips it off. She is going to go ape shit crazy. Clarke and Lexa are gonna get so annoyed of us. I'm already laughing in my head seeing their shocked faces well knowing damn well Ravens hands are under my dress well we're sharing a table for dinner. Raven should be on her way by now. I'm gonna have to control myself till we meet up with the other girls so they don't think I didn't try to get ready. My girlfriend can be wild. I love it. I love her! I can't wait to tell her about my acceptance to University of California!

Ravens POV

Yeah. I'm totally getting laid tonight! High five Raven! Time to go get my baby! I got to tell her about my plans for next year! Here I come University of California!
I want tonight to be special. I should probably take Shelby not black widow.
