"Hey big mama!" Lexa shouted well Clarke was walking into the kitchen.

"Babe, I'm fat! Don't call me that." Clarke pouted and went to the fridge to get fresh orange juice out of the baby proof doors that took her 4 months to get used to.

"You're not fat. Just pregnant." Lexa attempted to make her wife feel better.

"I'm fat." Clarke glared at the girl.

"Okay. Whatever you say. Are you ready to go to work? I'm gonna drive you so we don't have to take two cars to your appointment and then I'll pick you up after work." Lexa started to put down the newspaper she was reading.

"Fine. Are my scrubs in the dryer? Have you also gone to get the stroller I ordered? That I told you to pick up."  Clarke eyes her wife.

"I'll tell Harper to pick it up right now, but yes your clothes are already folded and ready for you on the bed." Lexa said well swiftly getting closer to her phone.

"Dang it, Lex. That stroller cost me a fortune. It was customized specifically for us by a famous stroller designer in Paris." Clarke yelled at her wife.

"I'm sorry, Clarke, but did you really say a stroller designer? They have those?" Lexa laughed.

"Just get the dang stroller! YOU! Not Harper! You're the mother. It's also not in Harper's job description. She not one of your subjects! Do you hear me?" Clarke pointed a finger at her wife.

"Yes Ma'am." Lexa smiled at how demanding her wife was being. "You're cute when you're all riled up." Lexa joked.

"Shut up, Lexa, I'm not cute. I'm tough. I can take you on any day." Clarke smiled.

"I bet you can." Lexa gave a sly grin.

"I can!" Clarke shouted up at her wife whom was now right in front of her.

"Prove it" Lexa whispered.

"I will. Tonight. If you're lucky and get my freaking stroller." Clarke moved Lexa out of her way.

"So close." Lexa said before grabbing her keys.
________

"Love? What is that?" Clarke pointed to the new SUV in her garage.

"We needed a family car. Did you want our son in a bunch of roaring sport cars well he's asleep?" Lexa unlocked the doors.

"Love how you managed to find a family vehicle that doesn't make you look like you're a lame soccer mom

"Love how you managed to find a family vehicle that doesn't make you look like you're a lame soccer mom." Clarke laughed.

"Yeah. They don't make vans with style" Lexa joked.

"Lex, you still don't know if we are having a son or not. We can still have a daughter" Clarke said well grabbing Lexa's hand to hold over her lap.

"I know. I just have this feeling. Similar to the first time I kissed you. I knew it was right." Lexa smiled and started up the car.

"You're such a sap, baby." Clarke kissed Lexa's hand.

"Am not." Lexa looked back at her wife.

"Okay. Let's just go to the hospital. I need this appointment to hurry up. I have patients." Clarke looked at her itinerary on her second phone used for work.

"Maia said to relax more and to only take on the minimum amount of patients, Clarke, Maia also told me that you've been doing your usual rounds instead of cutting back." Lexa glared her wife when meeting a red light.

"I promise I'll cut back if you get my stroller." Clarke spoke well changing the station.

"Back to the stroller" Lexa said annoyed.
_________

"Are you sure you both still don't want to know the sex? It makes the shopping much easier." Maia said well reading the picture of the baby on the monitor.

"Nope. We're waiting." Clarke stopped Lexa from saying she wanted to know.

"Well if you ever change your mind just let me know or you can ask Raven and Octavia because they've been shopping non stop for the little Rugrat. They're in a competition to see who's the better aunt. When it's obviously me. They can't give you the gift of your child like I am." Maia joked well standing in a heroic stance.

"Our baby is going to be so loved, babe." Lexa pushed some loose hair behind Clarke's ear meeting her eyes.

"Yeah. I love know we will have a lot of babysitters when we need a night to ourselves." Clarke winked at Lexa.

"Babe... Not in front of Maia." Lexa said with blushed cheeks appearing.

"Don't stop for me. You're both free to go. Everything seems to be going great with you and the baby, but before I let you leave Cierra wanted to know if she can talk to you about one of her patients or something like that? So call her I guess?" Maia asked Lexa before leaving the room.

"She still has no idea that Cierra is pregnant?" Clarke asked Lexa.

"Not a clue." Lexa smiled and kissed her wife's cheek.

After finding out Maia was unable to conceive they tried countless times to get Cierra to carry. They had 2 miscarriages and started to lose hope. Cierra found out she was pregnant but didn't want to think too much of it and get Maia excited for a pregnancy that wasn't gonna hold. Cierra has managed to go unnoticed with her pregnancy keeping herself and her wife busy with other things. For Cierra she was lucky it was fall so she can wear clothes that weren't flattering to get away with the pregnancy before she absolutely had to come out to her wife which was creeping up on her. Cierra hadn't lasted this long through pregnancy so she had asked all her friends to help coordinate something to announce the news to her wife. Lexa and Clarke couldn't have been more happy as well as Raven and Octavia whom had also became very close friends thanks to Lexa.
