"Yeah. Um don't worry about it, babe? I've got it." Lexa said well struggling to walk into their new home with a large box.

"Lexa." Clarke said with a sad tone.

Lexa put down the box and rushed to her wife.

"What is it? Clarke?" Lexa held Clarke's cheek.

"What if I can't have children? This is going to be our fourth try, Lex." Clarke let out a tear well looking at Lexa.

"Don't say that. We need to be patient. Maia said not to stress." Lexa rubbed the tear away being strong for her wife.

"Lexa! We just bought this huge house for a family! Our family that I might not be able to give you." Clarke turned around and made her way around the kitchen island.

"Klarke..."

"If I can't then you'll need to carry. It's me that's keeping us from having kids. Not your eggs." Clarke started to place wine glass in the cabinets.

"What!? Being a mother and going through this has always been something you've wanted to do. You know I want to be a mother so bad but carrying has always scared me." Lexa cringed. "I also have a business to run and-"

"If I can't then what do you want me to do!? I'm trying! I can't control my body to conceive! I'm doing the best I can." Clarke shouted in frustration.

"Shhhh... I know. I know. If it's too much then I will do it. I will carry our child if it doesn't work this time. I promise. I'm sorry." Lexa came and held Clarke from behind her.

"I love you." Lexa whispered.

Clarke was gonna speak but Lexa's phone rang and broke the moment. Clarke walked away annoyed because work was very good. Better than both Clarke and Lexa expected making Lexa need to tend to it like it was her actual child.

"Woods. Talk to me- what? Can't you- I'll be right there." Lexa grabbed her keys.

"Clarke I got to-" Lexa was cut off.

"Go" Clarke muttered with an irritated tone.

"I'll be 30 minutes. I promise." Lexa kissed Clarke's cheek.

"Don't make promises you can't keep."

It was close to midnight when Lexa got home. The girl was barely awake and dragging her feet to her shared bedroom. The packing looked done. Lexa called a moving company to help her wife well she was gone and asked Raven and Octavia to help as well so Clarke wouldn't be alone with a bunch of strangers.

"Clarke? Why are you crying? Please don't cry. Wait why are your bags packed on the floor?! I'll do it. I'll carry our baby!I promise. Please don't leave me! Clarke I'll get someone to help with the studio. I'll spend every moment I'm not at work- with you! Clarke! Say somethi-"

Lexa was stopped mid sentence by a crash of lips that met hers.
When Clarke parted Lexa's tear she was trying to hold in poured out down her cheek.

"Shut up, Lex." Clarke said with a laugh.

"Well why are you crying and why are your bags on the floor?"

"First off, my bags are on the floor because I was about to unpack my clothes and put them in the walk in, but I got a little distracted I guess you can say." Clarke gave a wicked grin.

"Clarke, you're scaring me and I don't like riddles so what's going on?"

"We're pregnant!" Clarke shouted.

Lexa stood up.

"Clarke don't you dare say that if you're lying because I know in about 2 seconds I'm gonna cry and I won't be able to stop."

"I'm not lying, baby."

"WE'RE PREGNANT!?" Lexa broke down to her knees and met Clarke's stomach and kissed it.

"Oh my gosh! Hey peanut! I'm your mom." Lexa whispered to Clarke's stomach well still sobbing.

"Well one of them." Clarke smirked

Lexa stood back up and met Clarke's lips.

"I love you, Woods" Clarke whispered as their foreheads rested on one another.

"I'm in love with you, Woods." Lexa whispered.

"Smooth, but I'm still naming our kid."

Clarke walked away with sass making Lexa watch as her wife in short pajama shorts went into the walk in closet.

"Oh no you don't!" Lexa ran and picked Clarke up over her shoulder, slapped her wife's ass and started towards the bed.
