Two months old

"No..." Lexa whined as she heard the yell of her son that she already knew by recognizing the different pitch the twins had when they screamed.

"It's you're turn." Clarke turned away from her wife.

"Are you sure? I thought yesterday was my turn." Lexa muttered.

"It was, but you weren't waking up so I was stuck taking care of the twins. Now go. I'm tired." Clarke pulled the pillow over her head.

"Fine." Lexa pushed the covers off her and started to make her way towards the nursery.

The screams were louder as she got closer making her dread getting up with every step.

"Hey, my little man. What's going on?" Lexa talked in a baby voice well lifting the baby into her arms to check if Aden had dirtied his diaper like he usually did.

"Oh yeah. Let's get you changed. Yeah? Will that make you happy?" Lexa made Aden smile with a little tickle to his stomach well she placed him on a changing table Lexa made.

"Okay. Okay now let's go to bed." Aden let out a tiny yawn. He was still tired so Lexa patted his back till he fell sound asleep and laid him back on his back to not have the baby smother himself well he was asleep. "Goodnight, handsome. I love you."

Lexa thought it was a good idea to check on Becca since she was already up to see Becca was still good with her diaper.

"I love you, princess. I promise I'll never let anything happen to you."

"Oh you want mommy? Yes you do..." Clarke hands Aden to a sleepy Lexa so she can finish cooking breakfast.

"Where's B?" Lexa asked Clarke with a yawn.

"She's still asleep in her room." Clarke put her hands together thanking whoever let her have one very easy to deal with child.

"I think you can learn a thing or two from your sister, squirt." Lexa smiled at her son and nuzzles her nose into his cheek giving him soft kisses.

"Babe, well I'm cooking do you think you can get the babies ready and their diapers changed before we drop them off at our mothers?" Clarke said well flipping a pancake up in the air flawlessly.

"Yeah. No problem, but it's gonna cost you." Lexa started to walk towards her wife.

"I'm already making breakfast what else do you want?" Clarke still paying her undivided attention to the food.

"This." Lexa pulled her wife head slightly back so the baby in her arms wouldn't be close to the stove well they kissed.

"Okay, now hurry up." Clarke rolled her eyes at how cheesy her wife was.

"I know. I know. Your mommy is so bossy huh? Yes she is." Lexa held Aden up in the air well walking towards the nursery.

"Thank you, bye." Clarke and Lexa said in unison after dropping the kids off.

"So we need to do some Halloween shopping for Aden and B. I'm thinking the whole "thing 1" and  "thing 2" concept. Is that okay?" Clarke looked from her phone to Lexa in the driver seat.

"AWWW that's so cute." Lexa smiled at the road. "We aren't dressing up though right?"

"Absolutely not. Maybe next year after all this baby fat sheds off." Clarke laughs.

"You're still beautiful. I'm however exhausted and feel like shit so let's get some coffee." Lexa massaged her temple.

"You really know the way to my heart. Coffee." Clarke leaned on to Lexa arm that was laying on the arm rest.

"Hey babe I almost forgot that I'm going to have an interview so I might not be home till about 8 so I'll get one of the drivers to pick you and the twins up by 7:00" Lexa then unlocked the door when making it to the coffee house.

"That's fine, but tell the driver to be at the hospital by 6 instead. I'm meeting the girls for dinner and will pick the twins up by 7:30 before you get home."

Clarke came out of the car into the coffee house with Lexa who looked very professional and stunning together.

"The usual please." Lexa pulled out a 20 dollar bill but the tab was only 11 dollars.  "Keep the rest."

"Thank you. I'll send the drinks and the croissant out when it's done. Have a good day." The young waitress said.

"So what's the interview on?" Clarke gave Lexa her undivided attention.

"About me and my life being a mom and married to THE sexy Dr.Clarke Woods all well juggling life as a photographer." Lexa laughed. "I guess I'm pretty awesome?"

"Shut up, Lex." Clarke laughed out loud. "They're probably just using you to hear all about your sexy wife."

"Well she is very very sexy. Which is why I married her." Lexa leaned her arm on the tiny table.

"Oh really. That's the only reason?" Clark furrowed her eyebrows.

"Yup." Lexa said point blank with no expression.

"I hate you!" Clarke playfully pushed Lexa's arm.

"You love me." Lexa was reaching to kiss her wife, but was interrupted by a familiar voice.

"Alexandra Woods I can't believe my eyes." The lady stood next to the duo.

"Yes- Costia?!" Lexa eyes widened at the sight of her old friend. "You're in LA!"

"Yeah, I came up here because my boss wanted me to handle one of his businesses here." Costia still had a hand on Lexa arm after their hug. "I'm actually a fashion designer now. Believe it or not. Got to make a living when you have a child."

"Believe me I know." Lexa looked back at Clarke still in her chair.

"You have a kid?" Costia's mouth dropped.

"Yes. Two actually. Twins. Aden and Becca." Lexa showed a picture of them and Clarke on her lock screen of her phone.

"They're beautiful!" Costia examined the photo. "Wow, Clarke you really locked this one down didn't you."

The comment made Clarke's blood boil. She didn't lock anyone down. They love each other and had a family. That's it.

"What about you, Costia? Have you settled down yet?" Clarke said politely, but really wanted to rip her head off and Lexa partly knew this.

"Oh heck no. I fell in love once but she got out of grasp. Only been with a few people here and there but never settled." Costia's eyes left Clarke's and looked to Lexa's. "Well I better go. It was nice seeing you both. We should do something soon. Bye."

"Bye." Lexa and Clarke said in unison.

"That was nice." Lexa spoke well Clarke's face turned a bright red.

"I have to go to work. Let's go." Clarke stood up not waiting for Lexa and got in the car.

Sorry for lagging to post. I was at six flags this weekend with my family and were completely busy. Sorry lovelies
