You know that voice that stops and makes you think before you say something? The filter? Yeah, well I don't have that.
And it's being proved right now as I sit and argue with the most stubborn teacher at this school. Almost as stubborn as me, and that's saying a lot.
Well let me catch you up first. It was any other thursday in Mr. Gonzales' class. Him standing at the front of the class trying to teach, key word. Trying.
But he keeps on having to stop to yell at Kyle Moore. The classic school prankster, class clown, jokester, what ever you want to call him. He keeps making remarks after everything Mr. Gonzales says. It quite funny actually. He's really good at it. The whole prankster thing. He has pulled multiple halarious pranks at this school. That are genius, I might add. I'm quite a fan of his work.
But after a while, Kyle got sent out of class. Everyone seemed disappointed that the fun was over. Well, they thought it was over. I decided to keep it going.
"And after the civil war-" he stopped talking when he saw my hand raised from the back of the class. "Yes Ryan? You have a question about the lesson?" He sighs. I snort.
"Um, no, I couldn't care less about it honestly. But I do have a question." I say earning a few chuckles while he looks surprised. I'm usually quiet in his class, only making a sarcastic remark here and there. Nothing much.
He waits for my question. I don't know what it is so I say the first thing that pops in my head. "Can I leave?" I breathe out in a bored way. A low laughter erupts through the classroom.
"And where might you be going?" He retorts with a smirk thinking I have noting to say. Ha, ya thought!
"Well ya see, I might be going anywhere but here if ya let me" I reply cooly but mockingly. He rolls his eyes. Wow, really mature.
"Well I might just be kicking you out of my class if you don't change your attitude." He says the same way as I did.
"Promise" I say while batting my eyelashes innocently. That really got everyone. They all started laughing making me proud of myself.
He doesn't say anything. Just points to the door. I gasp dramatically while standing up whiping a fake tear from my eye. "Wow I'm honored." I say earning more laughs.
I start walking towards the door, but not with stooping and bowing to everyone who was still laughing. I gave a sarcastic smile and waved before I closed the door.
Whenever you get sent out of class, you go detention. Which I have been to a few times. I walk into the room to see the 'teacher' asleep. Typical.
I look around to see two other kids. Neither one of them being Kyle. Doesn't surprise me though. Wouldn't think of him as the type to actually go to detention.
I sat in a seat in the very back by the window. I think I'll just stay in here the rest of the day. I mean, there's only two more classes anyway. Yes, I know I'm wierd to actually stay in detention, but it's not that bad in here. The teacher is always asleep, and if she is awake, she is as blind as a bat. Hints the reason I sit in the very back corner, she won't see me. Plus, there is an outlet right behind me, so I can charge my phone.
I take out my phone and earbuds and put them in my here. I go to my favorites playlist and hit shuffle.
I listen to mostly anything. Just take away screamo and country. Hate those. I usually don't go by genre's, just artist. Mainly things like Twenty One Pilots, Melanie Martinez, G-eazy, see just random artist. No certain genre.
