Waking up the next morning, I was so confused. Arms were around me and I wasn't in my room.
A stupid smile found its way to my lips when I lifted up to see Jc staring down at me. A small blush crept to my cheeks. We stared, lost in eachother eyes a moment.
Memories from last night borough another grin to my face and brought butterflies in my stomach.
"I wanna take you somewhere." Jc randomly says. I give him a questioning look and he smiles. He leans in and pecks my nose.
"Your adorable." He states bluntly. I hide my face in his chest to cover my blush and he laughs. He sits up, setting me in his lap where I was facing him. If someone walked in, this would be a bad position.
Our foreheads touch and he smiles at me. My nose brushes his and soon a smile is on mine too. I can feel his eyelashes on my eyelids and I let out a small giggle. I might be crazy, but his eyes lit up at the sound.
He stands up still holding me with my legs secured around his waist. He walks over to the window and sets me down. I look up at him.
"Be ready in an hour." He says leaning down just enough to kiss my cheek sloppily. He moves to the other one and gives it a kiss. It does this all around my face while I stand there giggling like an idiot.
What's with him today?
Not that I'm complaining. Not at all.
"An hour." He says stepping away from me. I nodd and make my way through the Windows into my bedroom. I give him one last smile through the glass and shut the curtains.
-For some reason I felt the need to dress up. At least attempt to look, ya know, not horrible and homless. I scanned over my closet trying to decide. Which was a lot harder than you might think. Am i right ladies??
A pair of dark ripped skinny jeans caught my eye and I slipped them on, wiggling and jumping around in them to get them over my but. I finally got it. That was tiring. I also put on a fitted black long sleeved shirt that I though looked cute with it. I slipped in my black knee high boot with them and looked in the mirror.
I actually don't think I look horrible. Its simple. Simple is beautiful. Right?
I made my way over to the bathroom and straightened my hair. I really need to dye it again. It fading into this wierd purple/ red color. But at the same time I kind of like it. It's different.
Now for make up. I did some concealer and a little powder. Eyeliner was next followed by a pretty maroon mixed with brown colored dark eye shadow that I liked. While adding mascara, i heard a thump come from my room. I knew it was Jc. I mean come on, who else would it be?
Just as I thought, Jc appeared in the mirror behind me. Added a little more mascara, ignoring the wierd feeling that erupted my stomach when I saw him.
He looked good.
Like really good.
He had on dark colored jeans, similar to the color of mine. He also had on a black shirt with his signature black leather jacket. We kind of match. I turned around and grinned.
"We match!" I said laughing at the end. He aimlessly checked me out and then glanced down at his clothes. A smirked tugged his lips. I turned back around and finger combed my hair just to make sure it was good. I watched as Jc got closer behind me in the mirror. His arms went around my waist and he hugged me from behind, resting his chin on the top of my head.
"Well aren't we cute?" He asked smiling at me through the mirror. I just grinned and nodded."Adorable" I agreed.
-
We've been on Jc's motorcycle for about twenty minutes. Whipping past buildings and cars.
Not that I minded. I loved riding his bike. I felt so free. It was refreshing.
Another ten minutes, we got to what I'm guessing is our destination.
The woods.
Oh great.
I kind of had a suspicion of what was about to happen when Jc reached into his pocket.
Yup. A bandanna.
"Lemme guess." I say trying not to smile at his clicheness. "That's going over my eyes." I say pointing to it. He just grinned and nodded.
Darkness was all I could see when the material was tied around my eyes.
"Don't let me fall" I warned him. I heard him chuckle and he grabbed my hand.
Even though he has done it before, I can't get used to the feeling.
"I got you. I promis." He said. Again, I might be crazy, but i felt like there was more behind his words.
We walked for only about five or six minutes until he stopped. My heart beat sped up and I anticipated to see where we were. Obviously we were in the woods. But where and why? I don't know.
"Okay Shortcake," he said starting to untie the bandana. "You ready?" He asked. I just nodded and smiled. Brightness blinded me for a moment the my eyes adjusted to the sight around me.
We were on a wooden bridge that went across a small creek that was rushing water. There was a small clearing on the left side and trees on the other.
It was beautiful in all its simplicity. It really was. It had and old, hidden feel about it. Like we were in a whole different world.
"Y-you like it?" Jc asked coming to stand beside me. I shook my head and turned to him. His face fell and his hands went through his hair, like he does when he's stressed.
"I love it." I say truthfully. He visible relaxed and sighed. I turned and took everything in once more. I wanted to ask a lot of questions. Why are we here? How did he find this place? But I was kind of speechless and really nervous.
"Ryan" Jc said. I froze in my place and my heart stopped for a minute. The seriousness in his voice scared me. He said my real name. He never does. He grabbed my hand and slowly turned me around to face him. He tilted my face up to look at him. He was looking in my eyes. I could get lost in his, those little specks of gold are hypnotizing.
He slowly started to lean in. His lips brushed mine ever so softly, which made my heart literally melt.
"I really like you." He states before his lips properly meet mine. The kiss was short and sweet but the most amazing thing in the world. Forget the butterfly thing, I had the whole zoo.
We pulled apart and I smiled like an idiot up at him. "I like you too." I say. The smile that appeared on his face was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. And my smile was just because of him.
"You like me? You like me!" He yells picking me up by the waist and spinning me around.
"Of course you idiot" I say smiling. He sits me down and just stares at me for a moment.
"What is it?" I ask him. He doesn't answer at first. Just stares. He just stares at me. And I stare at him. We're lost in each other eyes. It felt like a fairy tale. We were on a bridge, in the woods, over a stream, and all you could heard was birds chirping. It was perfect. Or at least for us it was. It was kind of like our own little fairy tale. Our very cliche fairy of how the girl next door and the guy next door fell for eachother.
Very cliche.
But I love it.
And apparently he does to.
The End!!!!!!
