Ch. 6

RECAP:

"Okay I dare you to kiss the prettiest girl in the room." Trevor said.

"Oooh shit just got real!" Jc said.

Sam raised from his seat and came over to me and Leah. Thats when the moment that broke my heart happened. He. Kissed. Leah.

-MEGANS P.O.V-

It felt like my heart had shattered. Sam leaned back and looked her in the eyes.

"You're beautiful." He whispered to her.

I was going to cry if I didn't leave soon. "Uh I gotta go." I said and got up.

"Meg!" I heard Leah call behind me. I turned around.

"Save it." I said and stormed out of the house. I grabbed Bliss. My pastel pink and purple penny board and skated to the beach.

I couldn't believe Sam would do that. Once I got to the beach I sat in the sand and cried my heart out.

-SAMS P.O.V-

I pulled away from the kiss and looked into Leah's eyes.

"You're beautiful." I whispered to her.

"Uh I gotta go." Megan said interrupting my thoughts. She got up and walked to the door.

"Meg!" Leah called looking worried. Meg turned around.

"Save it." She said with tears falling down her face.

She stormed out of the house. Andrea got up and ran to the door. "Megan!" But Megan was already half way down the street. "Ugh!" Andrea yelled.

"What?" I questioned.

"None of your business Pottorff."  She snapped. I put my hands up in surrender and laughed.

"Why are you laughing?!" Leah yelled.

"I don't know.." I mumbled.

"We have to find her!" Andrea yelled worried.

"Shh we will just call her." Kian said getting up and hugging her. She pushed away from him.

"How can you be so calm?! Your sister is out there somewhere probably crying her heart out and your so calm?!"

"I'm sure she has her phone then we will call her see where she is and pick her up." Kian said.

Andrea huffed and sat back down on the couch. Kian dialed her number and put the phone to his ear. "We can't stop and we won't stop." We all heard.

Leah picked up something next to her.

"Great!" She said and lifted the iPhone 5 in the air. Kian locked his phone and sat next to Andrea.

"I'm going to look for her." Andrea said getting up and walking to the door.

"I'm coming!" Said Jc, Kian and Connor.

They all walked out with flashlights and their phones with the door shutting behind them. Leah put her head down and pulled her knees to her chest.

"She's gunna hate me." She whispered.

I was so confused. Megan was crying and stormed out of the house after I kissed Leah and Leah said that Meg's going to hate her. What does this all mean.

"No shes not." Trevor said comforting Leah.

"I'm so confused." I said.

"Listen when I said kiss the prettiest girl in the room I was expecting you to kiss Megan. You kissed Leah then all hell broke loose." Trevor said.

"Meg is the prettiest, no offense Leah, but I didn't want her knowing I like her. Kian is already pissed at me I don't need him hating me more." I said.

"I get that but I think she was upset at two things. The fact that you thought I was prettier than her because shes super insecure. And number two I think she has some type of feelings for you." Leah explained.

I sighed. What the hell did I just do.

-MEGANS P.O.V-

I lied down and cried and cried and cried. I really thought Sam would kiss me. Or at least hoped. I knew I wasn't pretty I mean that couldn't be more obvious. I just I don't know I guess I kinda like Sam. He's attractive but I've seen girls go through brake-ups with him. I heard he's such a player and that he cheats. I don't know if I believe that stuff but I just want to focus on something other than Sam.

I got up, still crying, grabbed my penny board and walked down the beach. I walked down to the water and walked along the edge. I was sobbing so loud that I didn't care who heard me. My legs were getting weak from all my crying and I collapsed on the the dry sand. I hate my life. Nothing ever turns out right. My dad left me for starters. All my boyfriends hate or hated me. Some even abused. My mom was always away on business trips.

I only have Andrea and Kian now. I cried and cried louder and curled up into a ball on my side.

"Megan?!" I heard multiple people call. I didn't answer.

"Meg?!" I heard footsteps running towards me.

"I found her guys!" I heard Andrea scream. She sat down and rubbed my arm. "Hey chica."

I just kept on crying. By this time Kian, Jc and Connor were gathered around me.

"Meg get up we're going home." Kian said.

"I not going back there." I said crying.

"Come on Meg!" Connor begged.

"Never." I said. I felt Kian grab my hand to pull me up. I pulled away. "No please just leave me here to die!" I yelled at him.

"I'm not leaving you!" Kian yelled back.

"You're going to have to! I just want to die!" I screamed.

"Megan stop it!" Kian said. I cried harder.

Then I felt hands lift me up bridal style. "Put me down!" I yelled.

"No, please stop crying. You're going to be okay." Kian said.

I gave up and leaned my head on his chest. "Kian I love you." I said to him.

"I love you too sis." He said as he carried me up the beach.
