Ch. 12 Forgive?

-MEGANS P.O.V-


The party had ended and it was just me, Connor, Jc, Ricky, Trevor, Some girl Brooke, Leah, Mike, Cam, Sam, Kian, Andrea, Jarred, Angelina and some girl Mackenzie left. I knew Mackenzie from school but I didn't think she was friends with Jarred and Angelina. Everyone was sitting in the living room but I was too busy sitting in the backyard. I lied on a lawn chair knowing that if I were to go in there I would just be unwanted. So I sat there looking through Twitter and Instagram at the photos of the party. As I was looking through I stopped at something that made my heart drop. It was on Sam's profile. He had uploaded a photo of him and Mackenzie. It wasn't just a friendly photo. It was of them kissing.. I quickly looked at the caption. "Best night with the best girl❤" I sat there astonished. Tears threatened to spill but I tried to hold them back. The slider door opened but I just hung my head low and locked my phone. Someone sat at the end of the lawn chair and grabbed my hand. I knew that touch. That soft gentle touch. It was Connor. "You okay?" He asked. That's all it took for the tears to start to flow. "N-No.." I said crying. "Awh come here princess. It's all going to be okay. Whats wrong?" Connor said now sitting next to me while hugging me. "S-Sam's dating s-some girl and I just thought t-that maybe he liked m-me." I said with tears running down my face. "Listen." Connor said putting his finger under my chin lifting lifting my head up. "You don't need him. He's nothing but a player. He just keeps breaking your heart. You need a man not a boy." Connor said looking me straight in the eyes. "And that mans you." I said softly. Just than Connor crashed his lips into mine. I was taken back but quickly recovered and kissed him back. I felt little little sparks but it was still amazing. We kissed for a while longer than let go. I looked into his eyes. "That was amazing..." He breathed. "Thank you." I said. "For being there when no one else was." "Thats all I ever wanted to do.." He said and interlocked our hands. "Come on. Let's go inside." Connor suggested. I smiled and walked inside with Connor. Maybe this night wasn't too bad after all?



-SAM'S P.O.V-



"Alright! Party's over guys! Sorry!" Jarred said. Everyone awh'ed and left. Leah, Cam and Mike walked into the living room. Cam was drunk. And maybe Leah. I was holding Mackenzie from behind and we were swaying back and forth by the door as we said our goodbyes to people. After 10 minutes of goodbyes there was only me, O2L, Leah, Mike, Cam, Mackenzie, Andrea, Jarred Angelina and Meg left. I walked over to the couch and sat down next to Jarred. "Awesome party bro." I said. "Yeah man that was sweet." Angelina and Mackenzie walked over and sat down on our laps. "Hey babe." I whispered in her ear. She giggled. She has an adorable giggle but not as cute as Meg. Where even is Meg? I heard footsteps and hoped it was her. It was and she stood at the entrance of the living room. We locked eyes but she looked away. She looked like she was going to cry and I didn't know what to do. She walked into the backyard I think. Kian huffed. "Baby don't worry she'll be fine." Andrea told Kian. Then Connor got up and walked out. Had she really fallen that hard for me?



-MEGAN'S P.O.V-


Me and Connor walked inside and saw everyone getting up. "You ready to leave?" Kian asked. "Yeah. Can Con sleepover tonight." I asked lying my head on his bicep. "Sure but don't do anything dirty." Kian said trying not to laugh. "Ha Ha Kian." I said sarcastically. Me and Connor walked over to Angelina and Jarred to say thanks and bye. "Bye Angelina. Thanks so much for having us." I said hugging her. "No problem. Call me I wanna have a girls day soon!" She said. "Of course!" I said. Me and Connor swapped and he said bye to Angelina and I said bye to Jarred. "Bye Jar! Come over soon!" I said and hugged him tightly. "I will. Love you." He said. I gave him a weird look. "In a brother way." He said. "Oh haha love you too then." I said. Connor grabbed my hand and interlaced our hands and we walked out of the house. "Meg wait!" I heard someone call. I turned around and saw Sam. "What do you want." I said not to harshly this time. "I wanted to say goodbye. Me and Mackenzie are going to spend the night here." He said. "Oh.." I said looking down. He hugged me and whispered in my ear, "I'm sorry for everything. I'll see in the morning." He let go and ran back to Mackenzie who was waiting on the steps. Sam doing that just made this night a lot better then it already was.
