Chapter 15

Courtney's POV:

I turned on their street and drove down to their gate and put in their code.  I rolled in and parked behind Lewis's car.  I came out of my car and put my shades up as I locked the car.  I rang the doorbell and I heard some thuds on the door.  I stepped back only to see JJ and Lewis fighting to open the door.

"Courtney!" Lewis said as he hugged me tight, "how have you been Coco?" Coco was a nickname he gave me earlier in our friendship, I don't know if I like it or not but whatever.

"Lewis!!! I've missed you so much, and I'm fine.  Could've been better, haven't seen you since I went to Uni."

"Well we Facetimed and shit but I understand it's not the same.  But I'm glad you're here, I heard you have good news for me," as he wiggled his eyebrows.

"Oh news travels fast I guess, so I will be working with you and Frey on the Sidemen Corp.  But mostly you because we do the websites and stuff, Frey does mostly design."

"Courtney that's great! We should have our first meeting right now if you don't mind, I see you are prepared." I nodded as I heard Josh and Simon pull in the driveway.  

"Courtney I'm still here you know?" JJ said laughing as I hugged him.  "We need to talk, Lewis knows about it already too, he hates Beth with a passion so it was only right."  I nodded and proceeded to go inside.  We went to the office and Lewis sat in the chair across from the desktop computer.  JJ sat on the lounge chair as I sat next to Lewis.

"We're going to record!" As Simon said.  We followed by the "okays" as we began to talk business.  I  was honestly so excited to get started on the website and financing, I know complete nerd.  

*AFTER ALL THE FINANCE TALK*

JJ was on his phone on twitter probably talking shit when he all of a sudden said, "So Beth..."  Lewis and I turned our chairs towards JJ. "So she has been calling, claiming that she is a better girlfriend than yo-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence, if this irrelevant girl is trying to come into Simon's life then she can try.  I don't control Simon's actions but we are dating so she has to move on."

"Damn Courtney still feisty, but seriously she is mad.  She was really clingy to Simon, always sneaking on his phone and she was jealous whenever he was with a girl-" Lewis contested.

"She tried to flirt with Vikk, but he shut that shit quick because he was dating Delmi," JJ added.  All of a sudden Simon came running down the steps into the office.

"WHY THE FUCK IS SHE CALLING ME?" He showed us the phone.  He answered the phone and put it on speaker, he didn't say anything.

"Hello? Simon babe?" he squeaky voice already annoyed me, "I know you're here just talk to me baby, leave her."  As soon as I heard that I basically had enough, I took the phone.

"Hello who is this?" I asked.

"Who is this?" Beth replied with a snarky comment.

"His girlfriend... I'm still waiting for your name." I kept my tone sweet.

"I'm his best friend Beth-"

"Yeah right, you're funny.  You are just a crazy ex-"

"Simon loves me!"

"What did he love about you?  The fact that you looked through his phone, that's lovable right..."  She hung up the phone as everyone busted out laughing.  

"My girl claim what's yours- even if I can already see the hickies, it's still funny though."  Simon held his neck as I stared at JJ, I can't keep a straight face with Jide so we all just laughed.  

"I'm gonna get something to drink, anyone want anything?"  They all wanted soda, so I made my way to the kitchen.  I got a cold bottle of water for myself and looked for the sodas.  

"That was hot Courtney," as I turned to see Simon tapping his fingers on the island.

"I'm just telling the truth Simon," I found the soda bottles and gave Simon one, "however I'm not happy that I'm finding out all this information from your friends and not from you babe."

"I honestly didn't feel the need to, but since she is trying to come back I think it's right to talk about it after I record or tomorrow because I have a shit load to record."

"Okay but I want to hear 100% what happened nothing less," I said as he pecked my lips.

"You are really sexy when you take charge Courtney-"

"Don't you start Mr.Minter, don't you dare." We all went back into the office as Simon and JJ branched away from the office to record.  It was getting a little late so Lewis and I decided to talk more about business tomorrow at my flat.  Basically just wanting to chill and do some more business with Freya included.  I got out of the office and went to JJ's room I knocked on the door and he replied telling me I could come in.  

"Bye jide, I'll talk to you tomorrow." He hugged me as I heard Tobi's voice.

"BYE COURTNEY!!" Tobi's cute voice.

"Bye Tobi have a good night."

"Night Court," JJ said as I left the room.  I said goodbye to Vikk and spent a little time in Josh's room before saying goodbye.  Then came Simon's room, his door was open, I walked slowly in as he was still in the Skype call just editing before they recorded another video.

"Bye babe, I'll talk to you tomorrow. I'm pretty knackered and I miss Freya and Taylah, love you."  

"Love you too babe, sleep tight." He got up hugged me and kiss me passionately.  It was the kiss that almost got heated but I pulled away.

"Stop it you just can't get enough of me oh my lord," I joked as he smiled.

"I love what I got," he hugged me again, kissed my neck and pecked my lips.  I left his room and went back to the office to say goodbye to Lewis.

"Courtney, I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Of course Lewis, bring something comfy to wear because no one is trying to be up tight tomorrow.  Like if we have sticks up our asses, you get me."  We both laughed as we hugged and I guess he was leaving as well.  Lewis and I went outside as he complemented me on my car and Lewis had a Black Range Rover like Simon's (a couple years older), "oi shut up your car is nice too."  We hugged once more as we got in our cars.  When he was leaving he thought it was funny to jam on his brakes like a mad man, only for jokes.  I honked my horn as he began to drive, we separated and it was just me.
