Rumis POV ( sorry for waiting so long.)
I wake up yawning and I try to stretch out my legs, but I couldn't, I was on someones back, my eyes were still blurry. I rub them with my hands, I hear a husky, light chuckle, then I realized I was being carried on Sean's back. One reason for believing that was cause the person in front of me had shoulder length black hair and his shoulders were very wide. I put both of my hands on his shoulders, I push back trying to get back on the ground. I didn't feel very comfortable like this, I want to be away from him, as far away as I can be.
" Just give it up already." Sean speaks," I'm not doing anything wrong."
" It's not like that." I mumbled like a child," I just want to walk."
" Alex isn't walking she is still sleeping on Camens back." Sean sighed," look behind you."
" Wait so we are both being carried?" I asked, I looked behind me, Alexis was sleeping on Camen's shoulder and had her arms around his neck. I think if Alex new this was going on she would lash out.
"Exactly, therefore I'm not going to let Camen beat me at carrying a girl." Sean gritted his teeth
" I don't care really, I have two fine legs I can walk on." I say with an attitude "You need your energy for later, not for some masculinity contest."
"It's not just to beat Camen, with you right next to me I can talk to you and you can't do anything about it."
Is there any way I could get out of this?
" I can still talk to you when I'm walking." I was getting nervous now
" Give. It. Up." He said each word slowly
" I'm not doing anything to give up on." I say quick
"Then you're fine where you are then." Sean retorted back
"So nothing I say will change your mind about anything." I sigh knowing it won't, especially since he is so stubborn!
"More or less." He replied
"Hey, what happen last night after I passed out?" I ask taking advantage of this awkward moment
" What happened, do you really want to know?" He moved his head and some of his hair went across my finger tips
"If something bad happened, I want to know." My voice became a little deeper as I protested
" Well that girl she almost killed you last night." He said sadly," Alex ran over to you and pulled the knife out and tried to throw it at Scara."
"She tried to?" I was astonished, Alexis doesn't really need to try. She is a good hit.
" Scara had caught the knife and threw it back at her, I was surprised she even saw it coming at her." Sean was surprised too," it just grazed Alex, so I tried to fight her but she had another knife and tried to stab me."
"You didn't get hurt did you." I ask quickly surprising myself, " because that wouldn't be, you know, a good thing."
"No, she missed and just decided to take off and she did something to Alex to make her pass out too." He chuckled," I'm glad your still worried about me."
" I said no such thing." I exclaimed, glad he couldn't see my face for my cheeks turned cherry red
" Rumi?" Sean asked
" Yeah?" I responded
" I don't want to be pushy but do you think you could ever like me back." Sean asked
