Adopted by Phan~ The Sequel

Chapter 5

We arrived at Alton Towers at half past 10 and it was packed with people. A few i recognised and a few I didn't. Dan and Phil knew everybody and they all smiled at me and said hi.
"Do you reckon it's worth buying fast tracks?" Phil asked.
"Probably not, unless its a super busy ride" Dan replied.
"And anyway, the parks open until late and if we're in a queue for a long time we're surrounded by our friends" I laughed.
"Too true" Dan said. We started walking to the water rides because we were meeting up with Hazel, Dodie and Jack. I was a bundle of excitement and nerves as we turned the corner and Hazel came running over. She squealed as she hugged them both and then hugged me. Dodie came over and did the same and Jack just said hi.
"Who else have you seen?" Hazel asked and they started talking about the day and stuff like that. Dodie was sat on a bench drinking water so I went and joined her.
"So, what's it like being Dan and Phil's daughter?" She asked excitedly.
"Pretty cool actually" I said. We chatted for a while and then Louise, Zoe and Alfie and Joe came over and we all decided to go on the rapids. We looked funny as a bunch of grown adults ran through the park to the entrance and we got in the line.
"Who's sitting with who?" Zoe asked.
"I want to sit with Sophie!" Dodie yelled and I was surprised. I knew these people but i didn't think they'd want to be sat with a kid.
I ended up sat between Dodie and Joe. As the ride started we were flung around and there were screams from various people as water rushed over the sides of the boat, soaking us all.
"I've already showered today!" Joe yelled as Conor and Jack shot water at him from the water guns at the side of the ride, "Dicks!"
"Joe there is a child in the boat" Hazel scolded him.
"She hears a lot worse at home" Dan said.
"It's true, sometimes having a glass kitchen door isn't that great at 3 in the morning when you want a drink, right Dan?" I laughed.
"Shut up" He sulked then smiled at me. I was sat opposite Dan and Phil was sat next to him, next to him was Zoe then, Joe, me, Dodie, Hazel, Jack and then Louise.

Once the ride was over we then went on the other water one and then walked to the ghost train. There were seats of 5 so we split into two groups of Dan, Phil, Hazel, Louise and I and then Zoe, Alfie, Jack, Dodie and Joe. I was nervous for this one as i didn't like the dark much after my last nightmare. I just knew that if it got too bad I had a phone flashlight and Dan's jacket to put over my head. We clamoured into the cart and there was guns waiting for us.
"Oh its like the Space Rangers ride from Disney" Louise said. The ride started and we shot everything with red lights on which gained us points. There was a very jump scares and shortly following those scares was Dan's swearing and Phil's squeals. Great.
