Chapter 17

We walked solemnly back to the room, although we knew it was for our own safety we were disappointed that we had to stay indoors all day. Phil turned the TV on, we'd been given complimentary snack from the mini fridge as we'd probably spend loads on room service anyway. I sat out on the balcony and watched people bustle about below us. Also, if I could see him from here then I could always ring security and get him caught faster.

About midday, there was a knock at the door, I ran to it hoping it was security telling us that we could come out now but it was even better. Louise, Hazel, Jack, Daniel and Dodie were all stood together in the hallway.
"People from the outside world" Phil said from behind me making us all laugh. They came in and we played Game of Life, Uno, Cleudo and various card games. I was chatting to Dodie about wanting to die my hair when Louise chipped in.
"I'll help you if you want" She said, "if your dads are alright with it"
"Honey, you die it whatever you want, just nothing pierced until you're 18" Dan said giving me a warning glance that made us all laugh.
"What colour were you thinking?" Louise asked.
"Like a really light lilac that's kind of mixed with white" I said, "I also need it cutting"
"Well, tomorrow, or later today, we'll find you a hairdressers and we'll get it sorted for you" Louise said and I smiled.
"Well, if we ring security and just explain the situation, we're going off the site anyway so if we go un noticed, the stalker guy wont know we've left" Hazel said.
"True" Phil said, "I'll give them a ring now and see"
"Thank" I said smiling. I went onto the balcony and grabbed my drink from the table. I looked out and saw people sunbathing on the grass below. I scanned the grassy areas in hope of seeing him but I couldn't.
"Better get your shoes on Soph!" Phil called.
"Can we go!?" I asked.
"Yep" He said, "Someone's going to come up and fetch us all and there will be a car waiting downstairs at the back for us to leave from"
"That's amazing, that they would do that for us" Jack said.
"That's so nice" I said, "I'm gonna get purple hair!" I squealed.

Louise made a booking quickly before we left at a hairdressers down the street. All 8 of us walked down the hallway when the security guard came to get us. Daniel and Jack started humming the mission impossible theme tune as we turned down corridors that were off limit to the public. We were led out of a fire escape door and there was a car parked in the small staff car park for us. It was more of a limo with 8 of us getting in it.
"It's like we're escaping from a building we've just robbed" Jack said.
"Hardly" Louise replied, "We got escorted out by a security guard"
"But this is our get away driver" Jack said pointing to the driver at the front, "And his name is Steve"
"My name is Johnson" The drive replied in a thick American accent."
"Sorry Steve" Jack replied, making us all laugh.
"Jack, don't piss off our driver" Daniel said, "He controls where we go"
"I also, control whether or not you get picked up afterwards" The driver said smiling at us.
"Damn, Steve mean" Jack said earning himself a firm smack on the arm from Hazel.
