Adopted by Phan~ The Sequel

Chapter 12

We landed in America after a long time of flying. I'd managed to sleep for a few hours but mostly watched film and listened to my music or I chatted to the others. Dan slept the whole ride and Phil watched films on his small TV screen.
"Oh my god it's boiling!" I exclaimed as we stepped into the Southern California air.
"Look its the others!" Dan said waving wildly to Zoe, Alfie, Louise, Joe, Caspar and Oli.
"Hey guys" Zoe said, "How was the flight?"
"It was okay, how was yours?" Phil asked.
"Awful, there was a girl being sick in front of me and children crying and yeah... not fun" She replied.
"Oo that sounds bad" Dan said. We chatted with them some more before the carousel with the luggage on began to move round. Phil caught mine and his but he missed Dan's. I ran through all of the people surrounding the track and dragged it off the rubber surface.
"Good catch!" Dan said looking surprised and gave me a high five.
"Thanks" I laughed.

There was a bus waiting outside of the airport that red

"Must be us" Dan said as we approached.
"Sign names" The bus driver said shoving a clipboard into Dan's hands. There was a long list of people expected on this bus and small pictures of each one. We signed our names and Dan handed the clipboard back, "And who are you?"
"She's our daughter Sophie" Dan said.
"She's not on the list" The driver replied.
"What?" He said, "She should be, we booked a family room"
"She ain't on here" The driver replied.
"So what are we supposed to do?" Phil asked, I started panicking.
"Well, for a little extra I could you know, turn a blind eye" The driver said climbing back onto the bus. We followed him and Dan handed him something. I felt awful. The bus however, was awesome. There were strobe lights on the roof of the bus and there was music playing from overhead speakers, the seats were white leather and there were cup holders on the back of the chairs.
"First on!" Dan said, "Where do we sit?"
"Near the front" Phil replied, "Travel sickness, remember"
"Of course I remember babe, I was joking" Dan replied and they sat together near the front, I sat opposite them on the aisle side.

More and more youtubers got onto the bus until it was full. Hazel, Jack, Dodie, Daniel and Dean all sat around us. Joe, Oli, Caspar, Conor, Jack and Josh all sat at the back and they controlled the music. Apparently it was Bluetooth operated. Zoe, Alfie, Louise, Tanya and Jim sat in the middle and so did Carrie, Pete and Tom.

The hotel was on complete lockdown. We and our bags had to be searched before we entered the carpark. It was kind of scary but funny when Joe's underpants went flying across the car park. The hotel reception area was massive, huge chandeliers and chairs and tables everywhere. We were shown to our room which was on the third floor facing the entrance. My bed was near the window and Dan and Phil's was next to it in obviously with a double bed. There was a huge TV in the room, plug sockets and the mini bar was packed. The toilet was huge and I sat on my bed and just felt overwhelmed. What a weekend this would be.
