Epilogue Part 2: He Is Courted

Naruto's mind was spinning like a crazy roller coaster-what did Sasuke mean by make love?!!!-he tried to struggle out of his tight grasp but he couldn't budge as Sasuke dragged him through town with a calm look of concentration. "W-wait I thought we were gonna eat something!!" But Sasuke didn't reply, has he gone insane? Has he snapped? Maybe he should call Kiba, he'll save him right?! But when he rummaged through his pocket he didn't feel anything-CRAP HE LEFT IT IN THE BEDROOM!!! KIBAAAAAAA!!!!!

When they finally made it to the house with Naruto still struggling like a child Sasuke locked the door and finally looked Naruto in the eyes and Naruto couldn't help but shrink away from the intensity of it and gulped nervously, but he couldn't help but lean into his warm touch as the taller male reached out and softly caressed his flushed cheek, though he still wasn't sure if he wanted this yet or not and was a tiny bit scared.

"Naruto can I have a kiss?" He suddenly asked, Naruto looked up at him surprised, he's never asked permission for a kiss before, he nodded his head slowly in confusion and blushed as he felt his firm, hard body press warmly against his and shuddered all over when Sasuke passionately kissed him, pouring all of his pent up emotions into that one kiss and that's all it took for the blond to melt in his arms, but then his words came back to him and he backed out of the kiss and pressed himself tightly against the wall , feeling cornered, the sight of Naruto like this made Sasuke pause for a moment, he needed to slow down and calm his lover's nerves, show him that making love would be a positive thing for their relationship.

"Naruto, I changed my mind, let's not make love just yet..." Naruto flinched at the sudden words, and surprisingly felt a little disappointed, but then Sasuke said as he laid a light kiss on his forehead. "Before we do that...I want to court you, is that okay?" There was a pregnant pause, the odd words playing through his mind, what the hell did he mean by that? "Court?" Sasuke nodded with a sweet and loving smile that made his heart skip a beat. "Yes, I want to show you just how much you mean to me, that no matter what happens you will always have me at your side, so I want to court you today, and then we'll make love, you'll let me won't you?" Such sweet words, how could he possibly disagree? But he felt real guilty, he got closer and stroked his hair. "I'm sorry Sasuke, I don't mean to make it seem like I don't trust you, I do trust you, with anything....It's just this is all so new and risky and I just...I'm so afraid I'll disappoint you..." He couldn't help but tear up at his own helpless words, he felt so pathetic.

Sasuke chuckled and held him close. "Usuratonkachi, you should know by now that it's an impossibility for you to disappoint me." Naruto's heart swelled at such love, just for him, and somehow he was able to believe him and just like magic his fears began to slowly disappear and he looked up at Sasuke with a playful smile. "Well then Teme, court me, show me what you got!" The challenging words placed a wide and gleeful smirk across Sasuke's face, making shivers of anticipation go up Naruto's spine, but surprisingly the courting didn't begin with furious kisses and touching all over like he thought it would, all Sasuke did was lead Naruto into the kitchen and sat him down at the table, a soft and tender look about him. "I'm going to make your favorite, please watch me put all my love into the food I make for you." Naruto blushed bright red as this was whispered to him so intimately, he nodded timidly, he was like a completely different person right now!

And he did as Sasuke requested and watched him walk around the kitchen, gathering the ingredients and skillfully cook over the stove, his long and slender fingers gracefully sprinkling spices here and there, a look of utmost attention to what he was making, somehow it was a very beautiful sight and Naruto couldn't look away, soon the kitchen began to smell magnificent! He took a deep breath and sighed happily, Sasuke heard this and gave Naruto an amused smile, pleased that he was doing well, Naruto blushed but kept his eyes trained on him, his stomach growled impatiently. "Ne, is it almost done?" He asked hopefully, Sasuke smirked and grabbed a piece of meat and placed it between his lips, but instead of eating it he leaned towards Naruto, urging him to take it from his mouth, he blushed and wanted to protest, but this was part of the courting right? He couldn't back out now, so he took a deep breath and took the chunk of juicy meat into his own mouth, their lips barely grazing each other and it made his stomach flutter and he had a hard time swallowing the food as Sasuke watched him closely, then went back to cooking.
