His captivating eyes staring at mine
Whirling deeply inside my heart
Hypnotizing the air in my lungs
Never have I ever met somebody like you?

Late August in Massachusetts

"He just nodded and walked away," explained Lou to Adrien talking about the man in white collar.

"I need more specific description about this man, maybe he once came in to this café." Adrien shrugged and raised his right eyebrow.

"He wears glasses, he's brunette and curly," Lou sighed and her eyes looked up. "I think he likes wearing white shirt.

"And that's why you call him with a man in white collar." answered Adrien as he rolled his eyes.

"Oh and he has pointed nose like the son of Beckham," added Lou as she smiled.

Adrien grinned at Lou as he looked away. Lou put in her journal which she left on the table with Adrien. She had to meet Mrs. Smith, her lecturer at Huntington Ave before 5 pm. Lou waved Adrien goodbye and walked out of the coffee shop to get a cab.

Lou sat on the bench in front of the Museum of Fine Arts as she waited for the messages from Mrs. Smith. Her watch had pointed at 6 pm but she had not seen any signs and messages from Mrs. Smith. As she put out her journal to write something down, her phone beeped showing a message from Mrs. Smith.

"I'm sorry I can't make it for today. My son is sick, I need to take care of him. Meet me in my room tomorrow at 3. Thanks, Lou."

Lou sighed as she replied the text from Mrs. Smith. She put back her journal in her brown leather sling bag and stood up from the bench. She walked approaching the roadway as she took out her black hair band from her jeans pocket and tied her hair into a bun. Lou waited for a cab but she hadn't seen any cabs coming over. She took out her phone and about to call Adrien to pick her up if she hadn't got a cab for 30 minutes.

In a few minutes after that, she saw a yellow cab approaching her with its turn signal flickering at her direction. As she raised her right hand up, a man came across and raised his hand up screaming, "Taxi!". The taxi arrived and the man was about to open the door. When the man was about to reach the car handle, Lou leaned closer to the man with annoyed look saying, "Excuse me, I have raised my hand first which means, this taxi is mine".

The man turned his head to left where Lou was standing. As Lou's eyes stared at his face, some memories quickly popped up on her head reminding her about Arnold Arboretum and William Shakespeare until she eventually realized, "The man in white collar."

"Oh, I truly apologize. I didn't see you because I'm in hurry right now. It's my fault, I'll take another cab," said the man in white collar as he raised his hands in front of his chest with guilty gesture and walked away in the opposite direction where the taxi came from.

Lou hadn't said a word because the man in white collar had left her before she could open her mouth. Lou stood in silent staring at the man in white collar waiting for another taxi as he checked out his watch to see what time it was.

"Could you wait for a second? I need to talk to that man now. You may turn on the meter now." said Lou as her thumb pointing at the man in white collar.

"Okay but please not too long because this is not a parking lot." answered the taxi driver as he turned on the taximeter.

Lou closed the taxi door and started to walk approaching the man in white collar to offer him a ride with her. Lou said, "Hey!" in a few meters behind him. The man turned his head to Lou surprisingly.

"Where is your destination?" Lou queried as she stared at his eyes.

"Harvard. I have to be there before 8," answered the man with trying-to-decline gesture. "It's fine, I can get another cab, thank you."

"You even haven't known what my question is going to be. Never mind. My house is near Harvard, you can come with me too if you want." explained Lou and smiled.

The man in white collar turned his head to the roadway and looked around if there was another taxi coming but there was none.

"I haven't seen any taxis coming, so the answer to your offer is sure. Thanks before." answered the man in white collar with his eyes slowly blinked at Lou without smile. Yet.
