In a flash of moment
A stranger can turn into an acquaintance
In a flash of moment
An acquaintance can turn into a friend
In a flash of moment
A friend can turn into a significant other

But in a flash of moment of us
I am completely clueless of how we are going to be

Early August in Boston

Lou walked around the Arnold Arboretum in a white shirt with her sleeves rolled up, brown mini skirt and brown leather boots. The sun flashed her brown hair as if her hair was red. The air was warm. The wind blew the trees above as the withered leaves slowly falling into place. She sat under a huge tree and put out her journal.

"Today in Massachusetts," Lou stopped writing and sighed. "I've run out of blue as I escaped what I've escaped."

Lou wrote down her feelings as she felt somebody walking across and sat next to her. Not too close, but not too far. Lou tried to see who it was from her peripheral vision. She only could see a pair of leather shoes moving back and forth as if that person stretched. Lou turned her head to right and she saw the wind blew his curly brown hair as he took a sip of coffee and started reading a book. That man turned his head at Lou with the light of sun flashing through his glasses as his brown eyes slowly blinked. Lou smiled but he didn't say anything and continued reading.

Lou found herself in Newbury Street. She walked around enjoying the summer air in Boston. The sounds of shoes stepping on the road of Newbury St were the small beatitude that Lou liked from Massachusetts.

"Hello, Milady," A man with white shirt said, approaching Lou with grin.
Lou turned her head at him, "Oh, Hello?"

That man was a barista of a coffee shop nearby. He offered their special offer to Lou for the purchase of Café Au Lait and Bagels. Lou was fascinated with the offer and decided to stay in a coffee shop for a while. She put out her journal and started to write again,

"Today was very exciting. I am grateful with all the beatitudes that I received for today, but sometimes happiness could turn into mystery,"

Lou stopped writing as the waiter put a cup of Café Au Lait and Bagels onto her table. "Thank you." said Lou with smile.

"The Tempest. A book by William Shakespeare was on his hand. Sitting under the tree with his frigid eyes staring at me. And I wonder why a man would be that cold in a warm summer like this."

Lou closed her journal and put it on her lap. She took a sip of her Café Au Lait and exhaled. It was an exciting but also tiring day for her because Lou had to go back to Cambridge before sunset.

"Bonne après-midi, Milady." said a man with white shirt who greeted Lou in the terrace of the coffee shop.

"Oh, are you French?" answered Lou as she put a cup of coffee back on the table.

"Non. May I sit here?" the man had pulled out the wrought iron chair and sat already before Lou answered him.

Lou shrugged and smiled at him. His hair was blond with thin beard of Liam Hemsworth. His long eyelashes slowly blinked at Lou and smiled.

"I'm Adrien. Comment vous appelez-vous? You're French right?" said Adrien, offering his right hand for shake-hand.

"Je suis Lou. Is my French look really obvious?" Lou giggled as she shook Adrien's hand.

"I think so. I've been wasting my 3 years learning French but I still haven't passed the test yet. I feel awful," argued Adrien as he squeezed his forehead. "Can you teach me?"

"Bien sûr?" answered Lou, giggling.

At first, Lou felt apprehensive with Adrien but the more they talked, the more Lou got interested to know about him. Adrien was a very enticing person. He told her jokes about Beethoven's favorite fruit and Lou couldn't stop laughing at the jokes Adrien made. They blathered until Lou forgot that she had to leave before sunset and it was 11 already.

"Dang! It's 11 already, I have classes tomorrow. Je dois y aller," said Lou with rush as she took her sling bag. "It was nice to meet you, Adrien." Lou got out of her seat and stood up.

Adrien asked, "Wait, did you get here by car or?"

Lou frowned as she shook her head. Adrien got out of his seat and said, "Wait a minute". He went inside the coffee shop and brought his black leather jacket with two black helmets. He walked approaching Lou and said, "May I drive you home?"
