A man once asked a woman
What was it like to be loved?
She said, it was beautiful
He smiled then she asked,
What was it like to love?
He said, it was unbearable

"The pine and let thee out," somebody followed while Lou was saying the line of Prospero. Lou's eyes widened as she heard the voice of a man that suddenly gave shivers down her spine.

Lou quickly turned her head around to find the owner of the voice. She looked around but she didn't see anyone. She narrowed her eyes and noticed a brunette man in a black tuxedo with short messy textured haircut walking in the sea of people inside. If that was really Alex, his hair was quiet curly and not that short. Lou wasn't sure if it was Alex but her intuition asked her to follow that man. She walked approaching him right away and drowned herself in the crowd. She looked around as she walked nowhere but tried to focus on each face that she hopefully would see the face of Alex. When she walked exiting the door, somebody grabbed her hand and pulled her in. Lou turned around and it was Paul grabbing her hand.

"I was looking for you, where are you going?" asked Paul with his hand still holding hers.

"I am just," Lou stuttered as she blinked twice. "I'm just going to get my book. I left it in my car."

"A book?" Paul frowned as he chuckled. "What for? You still have guests to meet. And you can ask Mike to get your book. We have a butler, this is your house too if you remember."

"Oh, yes. I forgot," Lou smiled as she shrugged. "Great. Thank you."

Paul smiled as he wrapped his arm around Lou's waist and walked to Mike asking him to get Lou's book in the car, a book that Mike would never discover because Lou was just making up story. Paul never let go of Lou from his arm. The feast went well, when the clock pointed to 12, the visitors started to leave the penthouse. Lou stood in the balcony as she breathed the air deeply. The footsteps were heard and she was aware that Paul was walking towards her. He wrapped both of his arms around her stomach and hugged her tightly from behind.

"Is everything alright?" Paul turned her head to Lou as it landed on her left shoulder.

Lou smiled as she caressed his arms that wrapped around her stomach, "It's fine, I think I'm just feeling nervous knowing that we're now engaged."

Paul released her from his hug and put both of his hands on her shoulder, turned her body to his direction slowly. Paul made a circle on her shoulder with his thumb that always made her relaxed from being nervous.

"I hope you have no any doubts with me," said Paul as he sighed. "We can postpone the wedding if you want to."

Lou smiled as she put both of her hands on his cheeks and caressed them with her thumbs, "It's not about the wedding, it has nothing to do with it and you. I'm just feeling nervous because I'm excited."

Paul reached her hands and put them on his field chest, "Can you feel it? It's my heart beating really fast. You're not the only one who is feeling nervous. I'm always nervous around you, Lou."

Lou chuckled as she slid her hands to his back and put her head on his chest. Paul stroked her hair and kissed it gently, "You know what? I always remember that day in Cambridge. I'm so thankful with that. I wouldn't have you here in my arms without that Laurent."

Laurent. Alex William Laurent.

Lou pushed herself away from his hug slowly and asked him, "You mean Alex?"

"Yes," Paul leaned on to the frameless glass railing next to Lou. "When I was about to give up to chase you, he was there and encouraged me to get back to you. He told me that I had to fight for you harder and he promised me that he would help me. And he did, he's a really good friend."

Lou paused as she tried to know more about the things she hadn't known, "So, when I found you in Arnold Arboretum, you two were talking about me?" said Lou, chuckling to hide her curiosity.

"Actually not. It was him talking about his girl," Paul chuckled as he shook his head.

"Girl? He has a girlfriend?" asked Lou curiously. She couldn't hide her curiosity that time.

"Lou, he has been single since birth. He's a virgin," Paul rolled his eyes then laughed, glancing at Lou. "It was his mysterious girl. He had that some kind of emotional connection with that girl somehow. He never had the gut to talk to her because he was scared of her beauty. That's so funny. He even remembered what that girl was wearing in the first time he saw her and her kindness for paying him taxi."

Lou's eyes widened as she started to get more curious. She tried her best to hide it, "Interesting. How did he meet her?"

"In Arnold Arboretum, exactly in the place that we met. Oh wait, I always forgot to ask you this question. You had been there with Alex under that tree before I came, what were you going to do in Arnold Arboretum? Have you met him before?" Paul suddenly got reminded of that moment, he looked curious.

"Oh," Lou stuttered as she bit her lower lip. "Actually I was looking for a poetry book that I left around Arnold Arboretum. I forgot where I left it exactly, so I asked people around there and I saw Alex." She lied. Again.

Paul nodded indicating he trusted what Lou said, "I see. Back to Alex, well, that girl seemed everything to him. I never saw him being in love like that. Actually I want to return his favor. However, he has made us back together and we're now engaged though he is now nowhere to be found but will you help me for this?"

Lou raised her right eyebrow, "Sure? Actually, that's a good idea. I'm absolutely in. What can I do?"

Paul smiled as he put his right elbow on the railing, "I want to help him finding his angel, that mysterious girl."

Lou's breath got heavier somehow. She felt something went wrong that moment but she had to convince herself about the girl that Paul was talking about, "Wonderful. How much do you know about this girl?"

"As far as I remember according to Alex, that girl likes to bring her journal, she likes to read a book in that place and that's how Alex bumped into her," Paul smirked as he shrugged.

Lou's feelings got mixed as she started to feel sweat beneath her dress. She asked one last question to convince her and she believed if the answer was exactly the same with her thought, the girl that Paul talked about must be her, "What book? Did he tell you?"

Paul pressed both of his lips as he tried to remember, "Umm, it's William Shakespeare if I'm not mistaken. I forgot what the name is. Wait, wait," Paul squeezed his forehead and suddenly clapped. "I got it! The Tempest. The book is The Tempest by William Shakespeare."

Lou's mouth widened as she inhaled deeply where the air got into her lungs quickly. She was shocked and she was sweating, she tried to hide it but she couldn't. She gulped and responded to Paul in her subconscious when Paul turned his head to the sky looking at the stars, "That mysterious girl is me, Paul. The angel you're trying to find for Alex is me."
