Zayn's P.O.V---

Lakshita jumped out of the car and looked at me. I got out after her and wrapped an arm around her shoulder. She bit her lip which is most probably a habit cause she does it quite often, and we walked into the stadium. "Let's separate teams!" A man yelled. We all turned to see James Corden. "Oh My Gosh!" Lakshita exclaimed. "Huh ?" I asked, looking at her happy face. "One of my favourite shows!!" She said, clapping her hands, her dimples denting her cheeks. "I didn't know that.." I replied, looking at her and she smirked. "Now you do." She said and elbowed me in the ribs, slightly, walking forward.

"Hey, man." James said hugging me and then looked at Lakshita. "Your girlfriend ? Got yourself a damn beautiful one, haven't you ?" He said, smiling at her and she smiled. "I'm Lakshita. We're just best friends. And thank you." She greeted and he pulled her into a greeting hug. "People who say they're just 'friends' never last the same forever.." He says winking at us. "We'll see about it." She replied, smirking. "I'm James Corden." He said, his eyes going wide at the realisation that he didn't introduce himself. "Who wouldn't know you!" She replied and he chuckled. "I like this girl already, man. Don't let go." He commented, smiling at us.

He next moved to Niall and Rukhi who were busy kissing each other's cheeks. "Well well, love birds." He started when Lakshita and I exchanged looks and laughed knowing how it was going to end. We were already dressed in our sports wear. Lakshita looked very athletic with her blue shorts and white v-neck tee. Her hair was up in a ponytail with just kohl for her eyes. Her makeup was always minimised to just lipgloss and kohl. I just admired her doing warm ups. I stretched my limbs, doing whatever she did.

"Team Zayn!" Niall yelled, jumping to my side. He pulled Rakhi with him for sure. Harry was also on my team and that meant Liam, Louis, James and Lakshita would be on one time. I was kind of sad but it was only a game. "You're so gonna lose it." I called, looking at Lakshita. Louis started to reply but Lakshita stopped him. "Oh yeah, you think so. In your dreams." She said smirking, putting a 'bring it on' face.

I passed the ball to Harry who kept going when Liam took defence. He passed it to Rakhi and she started going when Louis was quickly by her side. I ran up to her and she kicked the ball to me. I started kicking the ball towards the goal post that James guarded. I was ready to kick when the ball was taken from my legs grasp. My eyes widened and I saw it was Lakshita. I sprinted behind her, trying to catch up but she was fast. She quickly kicked and Niall missed it. She scored and I was happy. She looked at me, smirking and I stuck my tongue out at her, making her burst out giggling.

We continued to play for few hours until we got bored and tired. I lay down in the middle of the field with my eyes closed. Breeze hit my skin, chilling me when I heard soft steps. "Zayn ?" She called, placing her hand on my chest. "Zayn ?" She called again, slightly shaking my arm. "Zayn ? Wake up!" She said, shaking. "Zayn!!!" She shook me, getting worried. I bit back laughter and tried to act dead. I made my chest stopped moving and I could feel her get shocked. "Oh my god! Zayn! Please, don't die!" She yelled. "Zay-" she started when I yelled "BOOOO!", sitting up. She sat back, panting hard. She glared at me and rubbed her butt.

I burst out laughing and she stood up. "Idiot!" She called me and turned away. I quickly jumped up and hugged her from behind. "Sorry.." I whispered and she turned. "It's okay. Just don't scare me like that. I get seriously worried." She said, giving me a sad smile. "You're worried about me ?" I asked, quite surprised. "Yeah.." She said, looking at me like I was an idiot. "Oh." I replied, my eyes making an 'O'. She laughed and got out of my grasp, walking to get her bag

I jogged behind her and stood next to Liam, scrolling through my phone. Lakshita walked up to us, sipping from her water bottle. She took a towel and wiped sweat off her face and neck, putting it back inside. She held her stomach, breathing hard and then looked at me, laughing. "I do every single thing and you don't blink ?" She asked, giggling and I rubbed the back of my neck. "I was just thinking ?" I said, more like a question. "Aahaan." She said which was so cute. I smiled and she down on the bench next to Louis.

"What's up ?" He asked and she looked at him. "Bored." She replied and he raised an eyebrow. "Seriously ?" He asked and she nodded. "We just played hours of football and you're bored already.." Harry said, sitting next to her. "Yep." She said, making Harry and Louis shake their head. "Lakshita... I would just you go change.. Now." Liam said, nervously. "Why ?" She asked, looking at me. I shrugged and looked at Liam who rubbed the back of his neck. "It's that the crew members are coming.." He said and she raised an eyebrow. "So ?" I asked and he sighed. "Someone you would not like to see would be here.." He said and she sighed. "Good idea. I'll go change." She said standing up.

"I'll come with you.." I said without thinking. "What ?" Everyone asked and my ears turned pink. "Sorry, babe. Go ahead." I said staring down at my shoes. "It's okay, idiot." She replied, jogging off. I loved it when she called me an Idiot. It was like a nickname and not an insult. She liked calling me that and I loved it. Both the times she said that, it was playfully and it sounded so cute when she did. I was getting lost in her thoughts when an annoying voice disturbed me. "Hey, Liam." Josh said greeting him. I glared at him and sat on the bench, going through my phone.

Josh looked at me and went to meet James. I saw Lakshita walking back. She was dressed in a pink t-shirt and jean shorts with some vans. She had put a catch clip to her hair, pinning it in the middle with loose locks on the sides. She saw me looking and smiled at me when someone blocked our view and it was Josh. I ran up to them and looked at Lakshita who had her jaw clenched and her face was pale. "I'm so-" he started and she stormed off. I gave Josh a disappointed look and walked back to the boys wanting to give her some time with Rakhi who went after her.

I kept looking at the door, waiting for her to get back but I knew she wouldn't be here now when he was here. I lit my cigarette and started smoking at the box, watching all of them talk.

Nah, I'm actually good. I'm just getting some air and chilling by the benches outside with Rakhi.
