"Hey Winters!"

I turned to see Oliver running up behind me

"Oooooh your boyfriend wants to see you Kais I better go"

I opened my mouth to say something but Char was already off with Emma before the words could come out.

"Hey their Twist, you look tiered"

"I am!" was all that he could manage as he tried to catch his breath.

"Whoa, aren't you supposed to be a star football player?"

"I am! But even a great player such as myself has limits"

"Oh really? And what exactly are these limitations?"

"Well maybe chasing you for from the music room all the way down to the tuck shop!"

"Haven't you ever heard of a 'Kaisley hold up?'"

"Ha ha very funny, I tried to call you but you're dealer than my grandma!"

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"Very mature Twist, so are you gonna tell me why you were chasing me or are you gonna throw a tantrum"

"No fair I want to argue!" He said as he pouted and stomped his feet on the ground

"Okay that was pretty cute, but let's move on"

His face was suddenly serious, "Kaisley I have to talk to you"

Okay I already know that he's serious since he didn't call me by my last name," go on"

"I-I, okay......wow.......um, I don't know why this is hard to say"

"Okay you're scaring me Oliver"

"Kaisley, I- I'm....."

"You're what?"

"Leaving"

There was just this awkward silence that hung in the air after he said that, well a silence to everyone else but a gigantic crash to me.

"What!? You can't leave you just got here!"

"Ya I know......it's just that....I should have told you earlier"

"Told me what earlier!?"

"That is was never permanent"

"What?"

"The plan was always to stay in Wisconsin for a couple of months, ya know finish the school year and then.....leave"

"Leave where? Where will you go? What about your aunt!?"

"My aunt can't have me stay for long, she loves me a lot but she just can't afford it. Our entire family has never been rich, even when I lived with my parents in Rockford we were always short of money. The parents would always spend it on alcohol and splurge it all on gambling so I had to do odd jobs to get what I needed"

"So why can't you get a job over here!?"

"Kaisley it's not that simple! My aunt isn't very healthy, most of her savings have to go towards paying medical bills, she'd never call me it but I know that I'm a burden!"

"Then where will you go!?"

"I'm going to Portland"

"Maine?"

"No Oregon. My great uncle, from my mums side live there. He's a mechanic and he runs a small garage, he's willing to let me stay if I help around"
