"You dirty, good for nothing pieces of trash!!!"We all sat frozen in our seats, hearts pounding, well mine was at least. At the front of the classroom stood a tense figure, his brow was furrowed to the extreme and his ears were as red as Emma's face. Mr Wallace regularly had these outbursts but even so, no one was used to them.
"I gave you monsters one simple instruction, and that was to shut your yaps! But did you follow them!?"
We all just stared, not knowing how to respond to that, I mean were we meant to respond?
"When I ask a question I want an answer!"
Instantaneously we all shook our heads in perfect unison, each head holding eyes that scram fear. So we were meant to respond.
"If I wanted to hear yelling then I'd never leave home!"
Mr Wallace massaged his temples with both his hands, the color from his cheeks slowly starting to disappear. The whole room was silent, every now and then you could hear the faint sound of a student scuffling in their seats, a side effect of all the awkwardness. Sam sat next to me, tense as everyone.
"Well, you've all learnt your lessons, open up to page 23 and do the exercises on simultaneous equations"
A much expected groan was produced by the students, including me. What? Just because we were smart didn't mean that we wanted to do fifty flipping questions on simultaneous equations!
Mr Wallace made his way to his computer, typing away(porn). I opened the giant textbook that lay in front of me, it should be illegal for students to carry such huge textbooks. I was thinking about starting a petition but that's way to much work.
The questions, though grueling, were fairly okay to solve, I'd gotten through well above half when I felt a light tap on my shoulder.
I turned my head to see a set of blue eyes staring at me. An agitated Sam let out a well heard 'uhg' upon seeing Oliver, not really bothering to hide his dislike for the guy.
I shot him a well deserved glare before turning my head back to the blue eyes.
"Hey Twist, what brings you to these parts?"
"Oh nothing, I just go where my horse takes me"
"Well partner you oughta know that there're some bad numbers running about these terrains"
"Well run me over and call me dinner! I've wandered here for help with those very numbers, I'd tried to russle them up with these bad boys," he flexed his glorious muscles,"but they threw me off like a rider off of a bull!"
"Well I'll be, did that really happen or are you just cooking up some fine porkie pies?"
"I bet my boots that I'm telling the fine truth"
"Well so long as you ain't a democrat, I'll help ya out"
"Well I mighty appreciate your offer fellow republican, I'd be darn tooting if I wouldn't wanna give ya big hug right now"
I opened my mouth to reply but the devil(Sam Pickette) beat me to it. Uhg.
"Would you two hillbillies shut up, your a disgrace to the Deep South you know"
We both looked at each other and simultaneously said, "Did we ask?"
"You didn't need to, and please don't hug, this class would be better off without PDA"
"Would you just go back to your work idiot," I said
"Well you should be doing the same"
"I'm helping this fine young gentleman"
