Kaylee's POV
I woke up from last nights events. I was hit with a gigantic flash of light. We had a thunder storm, but it couldn't of been lightning. The house would've burned down, Soda was just about to me something too. I don't know what it was, but I know we were alone in the kitchen. Ponyboy was passed out cold in his bed, the guys were watching tv and the storm get bigger and bigger. The girls were all sleep on the couches in the living room.
I got up and felt a little dizzy, I walked around and noticed this place. New York?! I'm in the house we all share, the 7 of us. Wait, is Elizabeth here too? I ran up the stairs and went to hers and Kenzie's room. I saw them both on the floor. I didn't want to wake them, so I left them there. I went to the twins and my room next. The twins were both sprawled across the floor as well, I left the room and went down the hall to Camille and Sidney's room, sure enough we're all here safe and sound.
I went back down stairs and went to the kitchen, I grabbed a Pepsi and an apple from the fridge. I sat on the couch and turned the tv on. It was the news, in big bold letters and the headline of the week or top story said " 7 girls missing, haven't been seen in over 2 months." Then it showed a picture of all of us 7 girls.
"7 girls, oldest girl being 18 and youngest being only 11 disappeared 2 months ago today. Their names and ages will be told.-" I turned the channel to something other then the news. I didn't need conflict or people who didn't care about us, talk about us on national tv. Then some of the girls came down the stairs, I laughed at the sight of Beth. She was mess, she looked like she got beat up and her hair is messy from sleeping.
"Morning Bethy!" I cheered, she gave me a half smile, forced one too. She sat next to me and told me her whole story and what happened. That greasers jumped her and she thought that we all hated her and didn't like her no more. We have nothing to worry about anymore, no socs, fights or anything like that here now. We're safe in New York, well almost if we stay together.
We watched tv all together, well just me, Beth and Kenzie. The others didn't wake up, Kenzie was a little upset about being back. She thought of them as her brothers, I didn't. I liked them as your normal casual friends, except for Steve and Dallas. I don't like them, I don't think any of us like Steve. Maybe just the twins and Kenzie.

Soda's POV
The girls all left in the blink of an eye. I didn't know what happened to them, where they went or if they're okay. We all woke up about two hours ago, except for Ponyboy. He's still asleep in our room. I haven't heard him talk since before the rumble yesterday. Darry went to work, Steve and I got the day off. Johnny and Two-bit ditched school, Ponyboy can't go to school and Dallas, well he does nothing all day other then rob or steal.
"Where's they go?" Johnny asked with confusion.
"None of us know, but they're some of them might be happy not seeing us" I said. Kaylee will be happy that she doesn't have to see Steve or they all are. Sidney hates Dallas and he hates her so they might be happy not seeing them. But then I looked over at Dallas and he looked, worried, scared. His eyes lost some of that cold hatred feeling, he was hurt.
"You okay Dally?" I asked.
"Nah, I kinda liked that broad. Sure we have our differences, but now that she is gone. It's quiet here, none of us are fighting with them girls." He said,
"You like her? As in love her?" Two-bit asked so confused.
"As a friend, she's a player and so am I" He said. True, I don't how that would work or if it two same people could be one. Ponyboy walked out from down the hall, he put his jacket on and walked to the door.
"Where ya going Pony?" Steve asked.
"The alley to see if Beth is there" He said, he doesn't know that the girls left. But we don't know if Beth left with them though. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. She might not want to see us though. She did all this to protect herself, but she was also about to cry when Dal pinned her to the wall last night.
"Let's go" I said and they all got up. We all walked down the street to the alley way, it's not far from our house though. Which is good and this is the place where the girls go to the most. Three on the dumpster, three on the wooden crates and one on the ground against the wall. That's how I remember seeing them all the day we met. That day changed my life knowing that Dallas ain't the only bad boy and that these girls are different then most, a better different too. Some of them didn't see that like I did. Like Kaylee, Sidney and Elizabeth.
We walked down the alley and saw empty spray cans, I looked up at the wall and so this amazing drawing. Three of them actually. Who did this? They're amazing!
"Look" I said and pointed to the wall. I read the first one and it said "Stick Together" and then all the names of the girls and their logo thing. The next one was my gang, our names and our 'logo'. One of the girls did this, because no one else know the girls full names and ours. The last one was a combination of both logos and had all the names of the girls and us.
"This is an amazing drawing, who did it?" Johnny asked. I shrugged my shoulders and Ponyboy walked over to us, he had a jacket in his hands. Beth's black leather jacket.
"It's Beth's" Dally said.
"Pony, they all left. They left when a big flash came. None of know where they are" Two-bit said. He slid down the side of the wall and sat on the ground. He put the jacket beside him and I sat on the other side of him. Then the others all sat down, we sat in a messed up circle.
We talked about what happened last night, which girl could've done the drawings. I fell asleep as the others talked, we've been here all day as it is talking.
