Sidney's POV
I heard sirens and loud noises all around us. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I saw ambulances, police and firetrucks here. It was daylight now, I don't know what time it is. I couldn't wake up the girls because a paramedic took me before I could. They brought me to their truck and laid me down on the bed. They started hooking me up to machine, giving fluides and watching my heart rate. Then I heard the guy call into the radio "Three dead on scene and 5 in bad condition" He said. Then I saw them bringing the other girls to the trucks.
They tremendous difficulties with getting Beth and Kaylee into the trucks. They had to restrain them and tie them down in the gurney. I felt bad for them, they must be scared to step foot in a vehicle again. They shut the doors and I didn't see the girls after that, they drove off and I heard the other ambulances behind us.
"What's your name and the names of the other girls?" The kind lady asked keeping an eye on me.
"I'm Sidney Bellamy. The youngest one is Elizabeth Collins. The one with the hat is Kaylee Montgomery. The one with black hair is Camille Press and the last girl is Alexia Souls" I said and then needed to add the two girls who are no longer with us. "Rebecca Souls and Mackenzie Farms are the two girls that died" I said and tried to hold my tears back, but couldn't.
"Thank you and I am deeply sorry for your losses" She said nicely. I nodded and closed my eyes until we got to the hospital in Tulsa.
Soda's POV
Man, it's been a whole day and night. The girls are not back yet and I am worried as hell. Where did they go? When are they coming back? They said they'd be gone for the day and they're not. The others are worried too, I can see it on their faces. Even Dally is worried about them. He has heart when he gets attached to someone, like Johnnycakes.
"Where could they be?" Ponyboy asked randomly to no one.
"I don't know kiddo." Darry said and sat back in his chair. Then the phone rang, I got up and went to the kitchen. I took the phone in my hand and answered the phone.
"H-hello" I said. I heard yelling, hollering and screaming coming from the other line.
"Hi, is this the Curtis residents?" They asked.
"Yeah, who am I speaking to?" I wondered, who's asking me? Why would they want me and my brothers?
"Sorry, I am a nurse from the hospital. We have 5 girls that came in about 10 minutes ago. They're names are Sidney, Camille, Kaylee, Alexia and Elizabeth. Do you know them?" She said. They're in the hospital? Where's the other two? Maybe they didn't bring the other two in yet.
"Yeah we do, what happened?" I asked.
"They were in a bad car accident and we found them this morning." She said. Oh my god! Shit! They could be seriously hurt right now.
"We'll be there in 10 minutes" I said and hung up the phone. Before I went out to tell the others, I slid down the wall and bursted into tears. I heard footsteps come in and ask who it was on the phone.
