Kaylee's POV

I woke up this morning from someone shaking me to get up. I didn't feel like getting up at all and I wanted to stay and sleep. I haven't eaten anything in I don't know how may days. My body aches with the healing small burns. I sat up rubbing my eyes and wrapped in a blanket. I looked up to see Sidney there. I probably look like crap, but who cares. Because I don't and it's morning.

"Woah, you okay Kaylee?" She asked me.

"Yeah I'll be fine. Where you going?" I asked her and she plopped down on the couch next to me. I laid my head on her shoulder and she talked to me and I talked to her. I saw some Soda and Pony walk by and go to the kitchen smiling at us.

"Having fun for the day, sorry you can't come" She said.

"It's fine" I said, I have about 4-5 days left stuck here in the house.

"So, you sure you're okay or do I need to stay with you?" She asked me.

"I'll be fine I swear. I can manage on my own for how many hours y'all are gone" I said. The other girls came from the kitchen all happy and put their shoes on. They were going out for the day to do whatever they wanted with Sidney, Dallas, Two-bit and Johnny. Pony's going to school, Soda, Steve and Darry are at work all day and come home later.

"Okay, I have my phone if you need anything or call Soda. He'll come and check on ya if he needs to" She said. I nodded and she got up putting her shoes on as well. I laid back down on the couch wrapped in the blanket. It smelled a little like throw up in here. But I can deal with the smell, better then drunk people. I took a cig from the pack in my jacket on the table. I lit it up and smoked in the house. Some of the guys do it some of the time too.

Then Darry came into the living room with Soda and Steve trailing behind him from the kitchen.

"No smoking in the house" Darry said. He took my cig and burnt it out. Out went the flame and they went outside. Now, I was here alone for 6-8 hours. Yes! I got up and shut the curtains and made it dark in here, I shut the front door and turned all the lights off. I then went to the kitchen and got some cheerios. I came back and sat on the couch.

I finished those and laid across the couch again. My burns hurt like hell and I needed to put that stuff on them. So I went to the bathroom and got the cream stuff. I put it all over my burns and then went upstairs to one of the rooms. I just went in a random we go in all the time. I pulled the covers off and wrapped myself in one of them. I laid in the bed and closed my eyes. I laid there and thought. Maybe it won't be so bad here, stuck in a house for a week, living here for forever until I or we all die.

After a long while I decided to go to sleep. I fell asleep just as the phone rang downstairs. I was too lazy and tired to go and get it. So I let it ring and went back to sleep. I let the darkness of the room take me away into full on darkness.

Camille's POV

Beth, Sid, Alex and I are driving around in Sid's new truck. She said she was planning on buying a house and us girls would stay in that, but that means Alex and I would have to get jobs to help pay for it. We came back here with loads of dough and stuff on our backs.

So we finished getting a house down the street from the guys. We were gonna hang out there and make it our style. It comes with everything bit food. So Sid dropped us off at our new house and she left to go buy food for us 5 girls. We'll bring Kaylee later, Sid said that she didn't look too well. But then again none of do as it is. With the deaths of our friends, some of us have stopped living. Like Kaylee for instance or Elizabeth.

"Camille! Beth! Come here!" Alex yelled from upstairs. We ran up the stairs and went to the first bedroom, it had two beds, 2 desks, a night table and one closet. Oh and two dressers for clothes.

"This is Kaylee and Beth's room" She said. Beth ran over to the bed. The one closer to the door and gave Kaylee the one close to window. We went to the next room where there was two more beds, I assume mine and Alex's room. Then Sidney gets her own room to herself. I like our room, blue walls, two beds, one desk, 2 dressers and one closet.

Then we went downstairs since none of us usually go in Sid's room unless we're sick or need her help  with something. I plopped down on the one couch and Beth took the other, Alex took the chair and we all watched one of our movies or shows that was on tv. Sidney walked in the door with bags of food. She went to the kitchen with them, I got up to help her put them all away in the cabinets or fridge.

"Now that the day is almost over, let's go to the Curtis house in a little" Sidney said. I agreed with her and the other two are watching tv. I jumped on the counter and sang my heart out and the others joined along with me. I heard the guys truck outside as they came down the road, music as loud as it could be and them all hollering.

"Guess it's time to go" Sidney said and with that we all left the house and walked down the road to the Curtis house. We got inside the house to see the guys all scattered across the living room, dinning room and kitchen.

"What are you guys doing?" Beth asked.

"Looking for Kaylee, the house was dark when we came in" Soda said.

"She didn't look too well this morning" Sidney said.

"I hope she didn't leave the place" Darry said.

"Did you check the bedrooms?" Alex asked and then some of them ran up the stairs and then came back down.

"She's in mine and Pony's room asleep." Soda said. I sat ont he couch with the other girls and the guys took the other couch, the floor and Darry took his chair.

Kaylee's POV

I woke up from loud noises in the house, tv and radio on. I got up and wrapped the blanket around myself. It was one from the bed, not from the living room. I rubbed my eyes and then left the room. I walked down the hall and down the stairs. I got to the bottom and went to the living room. I sat on the ground in front of where the girls were sitting on the couch. Johnny was one side of me, but he was like three feet away from me and watching tv.

"Hey sleepy beauty" Two-bit said.

"Hey" I said, I didn't say it with much joy like I was happy to see him or anyone. I watched tv with them all and some of them fell asleep. Like Beth, Alex, Camille and Sidney fell asleep while watching this. I stayed awake and watched tv with the guys. No one really talked anymore and it was quiet. The way I like it, then my head started to hurt. Felt like someone was stabbing my head over and over again. It's never been this bad before, after the accident it was small little pain in my head.

I bent over holding my head and groaning. The pain hurt too bad, some of the guys were hollering and some trying to ask what was wrong with me. I then all of a sudden forgot who they were again.

"Kaylee what's wrong?" Some older teen asked.

"Who are you?" I asked and stayed on the ground holding my head still and rocking back and forth on the ground trying to make the pain go away. That didn't work, it made it worse.

"Kaylee tell us what's going on?" Darry asked again.

"My head, feels like someone is stabbing me . It hurts" I whined and held my head in my knees.

"Get some aspirins" Darry said. Then someone got up and ran and then came back in here.

"Here take these" Darry said. I took whatever was in his hand and swallowed them. I hated being in pain like this. It doesn't feel good and then when you cry about it, makes you not look too hot.  That's what I felt like, but I don't think they cared about me crying. Just wanted to help me.

Soda sat on the ground next to me and pulled me closer to him. I didn't move, my head hurt and he was worried. So to make him less worried and the others, I didn't move away. I put my head on his shoulder and waited for the pain to go away. It was still hurting, but not as bad as earlier. They gave me ice to put on my forehead too.

After awhile I started to fall asleep. Must be the medicine Darry gave me for my head. I closed my eyes one last time and fell asleep in Soda's arms. Made him and the others calm down seeing me a little better then before where I was on the ground crying in pain. I assume the others watched tv because it quiet real quick after I fell asleep.
