Coda jumped up and wiped around. "What the hell Coda?" Two boys jumped out of the bushes. They where clearly twins. They both had the same dull yellow eyes and bright blond hair. by the way one was standing you could tell he was more friendly, with his loose posture and calm, lazy smile. The other one on the other hand stood more rigidly and his face was set in a hard emotionless expression.

Coda stood in a protective stance in front of Emma. His back when stiff from the sudden movement and sound of the boys talking. She was still holding his hand and sitting down. Coda block the two boys from seeing the girl. But, Emma didn't mind she was stressed enough today.

"Your father sent us to come and find you." One of the boys said sniffing the air. He bent down and sniff again this time closer to Emma's face. Coda  was busy growling at the twin boy. Emma whimpered in fear and squeezed Coda's hand. Causing him to bring his full attention to Emma and the boy that was getting a little to close.

"Back off Zack." Coda growled. The other boy being on the opposite side of Coda, then his twin. Sniffed her as well. "She smells nice, and a little to much like dinner." Coda whipped around to the other. "Zane quite it." They laughed in unison. "We can't do that." Zack said liking his lips. "Yeah. She looks tasty." Zane said in a joking manner trying to get on Coda's nerves but scaring the life out of Emma .

"Quite it now!" Coda yelled. "Your scaring her! Now back off." Coda demanded and took a gentile swing at the boys, pushing them back a little. "Fine." Zack said. "Jeez were where just playing. Do you know how gross shifter tastes." Zane explained.

Emma was now snuggle behind Coda's legs. She was curled up in a ball, shaking and whimpering. She griped Coda's hand firmly. He turn around and bent down. "It's ok. There just teasing." He ruffled Emma's hair. She clutched he's arm as he helped her up. "Wait. Wait." Zack said waving his hand in that air. "Is she your mate?" Zane gasped at the realization. Zack whimper. "I thought you loved me?" He said jokingly as he grabbed his arm. Emma stumbling out of Coda's arms and backing away until her back was against a tree. "Yeah. What about us." Zane snuggle against Coda. He pushed them away.

"Anyways lets go." Coda said as he pulled Emma close to him. The two twins started walk ahead of Coda and Emma. She was pretty shocked and scared. "Every thing is going to be ok." Coda said even tho he wasn't to sure of his words. His parents where the alpha and Luna of a rogue pack. They take anyone in. But they have never took in a deer shifter. They manly take in carnivores so it's not to hard to feed everyone. And it wasn't the best time since it hunting season and they just caught a bunch of game from their last hunt.

One of the twins looked back at us. "I guess was can scratch off deer for meals?" Coda looked at him. "Yep." was his only reply as he rubbed his thumb over Emma's knuckles.

It took about half the night to get to the pack camp. There were 25 tents surrounding a fire pit, that was burning out. Emma was being carried by Coda because she was to tired to walk and ended up falling asleep. To the left there was a river and to the right there was a opening were a huge field with tall grass was. It was in cased with woods all around it. Rogues tend to stay in one place for a couple days then move on but this place was good for hunting and camping out.

"Coda." A woman called from behind the little group. He turned around to came face to face with the woman. She had long brown hair and yellow eyes like Coda. "Mom." She wrapped her arms around him. But quickly noticed the girl he was caring on his back.

"Sweetie." She said smiling awkwardly. "Who's that." He tensed up in her arms. "His girlfriend." Zane said. Coda's mom squealed. "How cute." She let him go. "Um mom." Coda said uncomfortably. "She's um. not a um. Wolf shifter." He's mom chuckle. "And? Honey we never really cared about what people shift into, we care about them." Zane popped his head around her. "Really auntie Jess?" She looked at him and nodded. Then Zack popped around Coda. "So you really don't care that she's a deer shifter?"

"I really don't care she's wait, what?!" She screamed. "No Jess!" She said trying to calm herself. "Ok. Ok. I will have to talk to your father about this. Ok Hun." She kissed his cheek and walked in to the biggest tent. "Shit dude your doomed." Zack said. "She is really pretty though." Zane said poking her in the face. Making her swat his hand away from her face. "Stop it." Coda said with a sigh and he readjusted her in his arms.

"Coda?" She whispered in his ear. "Yeah?" She wiped the sleep from her eyes and he set her on the ground. "Where are we?" She asked as she pulled him it to a hug still half a sleep. "We're at my home. You will be safe here."

"What?!?" A strong commanding voices yelled from the tent Jess when in. "Calm down or do you want the whole camp to wake up?" Jess stammered. "Jess babe your joke with me right?" She sigh. "No go see for your self. But babe be kind. This is our sons soul mate we are talking about here." Jess said while someone zipped out of the tent.

A strong man walked out of the tent. He was vary tell and he had scars all over him. He had black hair like Coda and bright red eye.  Coda was thankful he didn't  have those eyes. He walked up to the Emma that was still in a daze. "Hey." He stammer as he pride her off of Coda. He was ready to question her. But, since she was still in a daze and was clearly in a 'huggy' mood. She brought her arms right around that man. Straight away his eye softened. "Emma!" Coda said feel betrayed.

He picked her up like she was a toddler (she also look like a toddler beside him) and through her in the air. "She so cute." The man said when he caught her, place her on the ground and ruffled her hair. Emma know was knocked out of her daze rush over to Coda when she was put down. "Dad!" Coda said angrily as he pulled Emma close to him. Even though she was the size of a ten year old boy doesn't mean she is one. She was about 5" 3' feet tall. "She so cute, like when you where younger." He giggled.

"Hi my name is Jordan. I'm Coda's father and alpha of the rogues."
