"Why don't you let her go." Coda had a smirk on his face and looked calm about the situation. But, in the inside he was scared for her. He knew he could beat Caleb especially with his bad leg although there is a cloud of doubt in his mind. He needed to win this fight for Emma and himself.

"She comes with me!" Caleb, Emma's older brother said. Zane walked around the corner to Coda. Emma tried to struggle but, fear consumed her and put her in a defenseless mind set.  "Yeah after you brain washed her! Besides she alright claimed." He held tightly to his sister. Being so small she couldn't really get out of his wild grasp. Coda growled.

What the hell? What does he mean claimed? Does she have another mate? No that's impossible!

"I did not brain wash her!" He snapped. Caleb was backed up against a tree and suffocating his sister. Her arms where wrapped around his arms, trying to get him to loosen his grip. "Please Caleb just let me go!" Emma wheezed in pain as he squeezed her harder. Zane put his hand on his cousin shoulder trying to calm him down but it just made it worse. Everyone could see that he was hurt and angry out of his mind. "Stop, your hurting me! Caleb!" Emma gasped from air. That further Coda's anger. He tried to jump at Caleb but was held back by his cousin. "You might hurt Emma if you do that."

"Caleb I.... I .... I can brea..." Emma looked at Coda. Her faces bright red. She put her hand out to him. "C...c...oda." Emma dozed off and Caleb loosen his grip. "Good she will be easier to carry." He put his sister on the ground very gently and shifted.

He was huge, the size of a car. His coat was light brown and his antlers were like a tree sprouted out of his head. He shook his head and put his head down to the ground to show his antlers.  About to charge.

Zack came rushing around the corner with Sandra on his back. That really caught Caleb attention. He charged at them. Lucky Zack raced out of the way and Caleb rammed right in to a tree, getting his antlers stuck in the trunk of the tree.

Zane and Coda had transformed and where the on the attack. They didn't care that there clothes where rip. They ran right for him. Caleb thrash around. Zack also turn in to a wolf but he didn't attack he pulled Sandra over to the pass out Emma and went on the defense. He quickly howled as loud as he could, to warn the others. Before growling at the beast in front of him.

Coda filled with rage and went straight for the back legs. He bit in to it as hard as he could. His mouth filled with the most disgusting taste ever. Shifter blood. But, a couple seconds of being thrashed around he was thrown off. He hit the tree hard but recovered quickly. Blood dripped out of his mouth. He spat out the blood and raced back. Zane jumped on his back and dug his teeth in his back. Caleb was still stuck in the tree and was kicking around to get loose.  

Soon they where surround by all of the rogues that where apart of the rogue pack. They where foxes, Fishers and coyotes. They all growled and relieved the teens of there duty. Coda and Zane retreated even though Coda was filled to the brim with anger but he was over flowing with worry. The two of them tugged Emma out of harms way. While Zack stood watch. Sandra followed behind them.

Sandra had yet to turn in to a wolf. But, she had a long time to go be for that. They usually change when they are 14 or older.

When they where a safe distance from the fight Zane and Zack pushed Emma on Coda's back. He walked slowly so Sandra could keep up as she walked beside him keeping Emma from falling off.

When they got back to camp they placed Emma in Sandra tent. The boys walked in there tent and got changed before returning to her side. Most of the tents could hold to a maximum of ten people. But Sandra's tent could only hold five people.

It was getting really late. Sandra had fallen asleep on one side of the tent and Coda laid with Emma on the other. Zack and Zane went to find the rest of the kids that where apart of the rogue pack and rounded them to put them to bed as their parents were still out.

Coda ran his hand though her hair as she sleep calmly. He couldn't possibly understand what she's going through. First loosing her memory. Then abandoning her brother to come and live with a stranger. Only to find out that he couldn't protect her like he said he would. She snuggled up to him and drowned all of his sorrows in her scent.

"Damn who know fox children are so hard to track down." Zack said to his brother as they walked in to their tent that was placed beside Sandra's. "Oh yeah try fishers! He was so hard to find." Zane said as they zipped up a tent on the other side of the camp. Coda hear his foot steps coming closer and then he went into the twin's tent.

Coda felt movement and looked down to see that Emma was shaking. Not because she cold, because she was scared. She wrapped her arm around him and squeeze. He felt hurt that she was so scared of her own brother and that he didn't do anything to protect her from the attack in the first place.

There was a lot of cheering and sing. As Caleb yelled for his life. "She will come back to us. You will see! Alpha will find her!" He yelled. "Shut up moron." Jess said as she slapped him across the face. "She belongs to us now! So you can go to your stupid alpha and said that she with the king of rogues now."

Coda looked down to see Emma awake and crying. "What's wrong?" He asked her brushing her hair out of her face. Tears streaming down her face. She dug her face in to his chest and softly cried. He rubbed her back until she fell asleep again.
