Chapter 41 - She did it

Ramond POV

"Really?"

"Mmm-hmm," I chuckled as she giggled at that.

Gosh, she can't die, I won't let it happen. Ellie, my source of happiness... if I distract her some more.. it should work.

"Ray?"

"Yes, Ellie?"

"Where do you see us in 5 years' time?"

"Hmm, well I see my beautiful Luna with her 3 kids and everyone is at peace" she smiled at that, it dropped as she squeezed my hand closing her eyes as her face scrunched up in pain.

"Hey?" She slowly opened her eyes.

"You're fine,"

"Check"

"Check what?"

"How dilated I am"

"How do I do that?.."

"Take my jeggings off,"

"No! I can't let you push here. "

"It might have to come to that!"

"El-"

"Think about my health!" I swallowed hard, slowly nodding.

I slipped off my jacket to put under her head. Just as I was about to pull her jeggings down, I saw Lorenzo walking to his favourite cell of the toilet.

'Now!'

I heard the door slam open a gush of wind happen. It was Kye. She slammed it shut, locking it.

"Hey!" Lorenzo shouted, shaking the cell door.

She backed away from it and went over to us, unlocking our cell.

"Thank you." I slowly helped Ellie up.

"Sweetheart." she gasped.

"Yeah, just in time."

"Quick, let's take her to the hospital." I made sure she had support walking out.

"Ellie!" her brother ran over. "Guards, guard the cell where Lorenzo is held captive. I'll deal with him later, " I growled.

They nodded, going down there. "I'll stay with him," Stewart said. "I'll go too," Riley offered as well.

Ellie was uncomfortable and in pain, so I decided to lift her up bridal style and run there.

Sandra immediately shot up. "I think Ellie water broke."

"Follow me," she guided me to a room for her.

"Place her down and strip her bottoms off. I'm gonna get a nurse to help me," she said after finishing attaching some wires to her. One showed her heart being monitored.

I started pulling her jeggings and underwear down. She screamed again, which made me jump.

Dammit no time to be jumpy, Ramond. "Ellie, baby, it's okay. It's gonna be over soon,"

Sandra walked back in with 2 nurses. I took hold of Ellie's hand, giving it a kiss as they checked her.

"She's ready for sure, Luna. I need you to stop holding and actually push. Can you do that?"

She nodded, taking some deep breaths, giving me one last look as I nodded, squeezing her hand lightly.

She began pushing, squeezing my hand along with it as her eyes were closed as a painful scream came out of her.

She stopped taking a breather. "You're doing amazing," I reassured her

"Good... Take it easy, no rush... and... you can begin pushing again when you're ready." Sandra said as Ellie pushed, letting out a scream.

As I gazed downward, I witnessed the birth of our child, and an uncontrollable smile spread across my face.

The boy was our firstborn. He was crying in Sandra's arms as she wrapped a blanket around him and placed him on Ellie's chest.

"He's so beautiful," Ellie choked out.

When he looked at me, my heart melted as it made me smile, feeling my eyes water up.

15 minutes later

They finally pulled our baby girl out.

All three of our babies were here. Ellie laid there looking, both relieved and exhausted.

"I'm so proud of you." I kissed her. She smiled through it.

"If you can kindly leave Alpha, we're just gonna check on her and remove the placenta, but you can see your babies. A nurse will kindly let you hold them"

I obeyed sine she is doing her job and making sure Ellie fine

I followed the nurse to the baby ward and saw my babies laying in their cribs. 2 blue, 1 pink.

She carefully picked one up. "He was the one that was born first," she gently laid him in my arms. I instantly fell in love, feeling my eyes water up again.

No! Ramond man up!

"He's so beautiful," I chuckled. "I think you should see your little girl. She's wide awake." she then took my son from my arms, laying him back down in his crib and passed me my daughter.

She was right.

Indeed, her eyes were wide open. She promptly directed her gaze towards me, and our eyes met. Her radiant baby blue eyes connected with mine. "Hello, beautiful," a smile graced her face, causing my heart to melt.

They're here.
