Chapter 51 - Vacation

Ellie POV

"Thank you, Tess, so much."

"I insist, Luna, back in my old pack, my mate did the same, said I needed a break, and took me out," she smiled.

"Ellie?" Ramond called me.

Tess surprised me with a hug. "Be safe, Luna," she pulled away.

I smiled at that, walking over to the car. I gave a quick wave getting in.

"Ready?" He asked me.

"Let's go," I smiled.

He leaned in, giving me a quick kiss.

Elliot POV

"Boo!" She giggled out. I smiled, covering my eyes again. "Where is she?" I removed my hands, and she was crawling away. I shook my head. "Oh, you naughty girl."

I crawled over, grabbing her. "You can't escape me, little one!" I chuckled as she squealed. I held her in my arms, smiling down at her.

Tess came in, holding Xander.

"I got it from here now, Elliot."

"It's fine. I'm always looking after my niece,"

"Why don't you check Justin?!" She raised her voice but cleared her throat and smiled.

I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Fine," I walked out with Hope. Crazy bitch ain't getting her hands on my niece.

Ellie POV

He kissed the top of my hand making sure he kept his eyes on the road. I smiled at that.

He parked the car up to a beautiful view of a cabin with a swing beside it and a lake.

I got out taking it the view.

"Do you like it?" Ramond asked leaning his hand on top the car and the other hand on the car door.

I nodded, smiling at him. He returned one back, closing the car door and going to the boot to retrieve our bags.

I left him to it, walking to the swing and sitting on it, swinging a little watching Ramond walk in out the cabin with our bags. I would help him, but he will insist he's got it, so to avoid the trouble, I left him to it.

I went off into my own little world, not knowing Ramond was standing behind me.

"Want a push?" I jumped for a moment before letting out a sigh of relief. Ramond chuckled at my reaction.

He gently pushed me.

"Higher," he pushed a little harder.

"Bit more," I giggled.

He shook his head and pushed a little too hard where I flew off the swing screaming as I landed into the lake.

"ELLIE!" Ramond screamed.

I gasped for air, looking around, spotting Ramond.

"THAT WAS FUN!" I burst out laughing.

He sighed in relief.

"Heart attack?"

"Not yet,"

I giggled, laying back relaxing in the water. "Come and join me, Ramond."

He rolled his eyes, walking to the car.

Wanna play that game now, do we?

"Ramond!" I screamed, splashing about going under water. "Something got me!" I cried out.

He jumped into the lake, swimming over and grabbing me by my waist as I burst out laughing. "Jesus Ellie, you really are trying to kill me!"

"It got you in, didn't it?" I grinned.

He lifted me by my butt as my legs were wrapped around his waist, my arms encircled around his neck.

"I'll give you that," he smirked.

I pressed my lips against his soaking in this moment.

"This is so cheesy," he mumbled into the kiss. I pulled away for a moment.

"Shut up and just keep kissing me," I giggled.
