Deimara POV
...
"S-Sasori?" I stuttered, fearing the man in front of me. I had never seen him as angry as he was now, and I didn't want to. "I-I'm sorry f-for messing up t-the mission..." I spoke, my voice barely a whisper. He took a step towards me and my eyes widened before I moved away.He didn't take a single glance at my revealed body. His eyes were only on the hand cuffs that held my hands above my head. He reached over and messed with them a little before they slipped off. He threw them off the the side and I held my arms over my chest.
I wanted to cry, but I couldn't. Not in front of him. I wiped my eyes to try and stop myself before it started. "Are you alright?" His voice murmured from right in front of me. I looked up quickly to see the red-haired puppet crouched down right in front of me. "I'm fine." I choked out, too depressed to even use my typical 'hm'. He sighed before looking into my eyes. "I know you're not."
He gently placed one hand on my upper arm and the other on my side, before moving closer to me. "You don't have to hold back." He told me gently, so I didn't. I burst into tears and gripped Sasori's cloak just under where his shoulders were. He pulled me closer to him and neared his face to mine.
"Just cry." He murmured and I sobbed even harder. (See picture for scene). He just held me there while whispering soothing words in my ear like "You're okay." and "I won't let him hurt you anymore.". I felt safe in Sasori's arms, one part of my mind hoped this moment would never end. Unfortunately for me, we were interrupted by an overprotective blonde bomber. "What the hell, un?" Deidara yelled.
Okay, I had to admit...this looked very bad. I mean, I was sitting on the ground balling my eyes out whilst Sasori had his face right in front of mine. Then there was also the fact that I was naked... so to be blunt, any person that had no background on what had happened or about our mission...they might assume that Sasori was about to rape me.
As disturbing as it sounds, it was the truth of exactly what it looked like and Deidara happened to be standing right there fuming. His entire face turned red with anger. "Sasori-Danna." Deidara growled menacingly. Sasori and I quickly jumped away from each other and I crossed my arms over my bare chest.
Deidara immediately came to my side and pulled me into a hug. "Sasori-Danna, give me your cloak, un." He ordered, and the puppet obliged. My clothing was all ripped in a pile and Deidara hadn't brought his cloak with him whilst the two males waited for me to bring the target out.
Deidara stood in between Sasori and I so the redhead wouldn't see anything and gently helped me to stand. He assisted me to put on the cloak and zipped up the front. "There you go, un." He smiled. "T-Thank you N-Nii-san." I whimpered, still crying slightly.
Deidara's gaze softened and he wrapped his arms around me before picking me up bridal style. "You can rest, un. Sasori-Danna and I will protect you." He told me. "Y-You promise?" I whispered, voice filled with fear. "I promise, un." He replied gently. I nodded slightly and snuggled into his chest. Eventually, I fell asleep.
When my eyes opened, I was in a bed. A woman with blue hair and an origami rose accessory sat in a chair beside the bed. It wasn't my room, I knew, it was filled with origami figures and paper. I assumed it was the room of the woman who Deidara had told me was Konan.
"Are you feeling better?" She questioned. I nodded slowly before pushing myself to a sitting position. "Where's my brother, hm?" I murmured. "Him and Sasori were sent on another mission. They'll be back later today, until then you'll be stuck with me. Hope it's not a problem." She gave a slight smile.
"It's okay, I don't think we've officially met without everyone there so um... I'm Deimara." I introduced. "Konan." She replied. "Is there anything you'd like to do?" She questioned. "Do you think you could teach me some origami?" I asked nervously, eyes filled with hope. "Of course." She chuckled and I squealed in excitement.
