I was in complete and utter shock. Had I heard him correctly? Or maybe...was all of this just a dream? He couldn't...love me. Could he? But then why would he say it? I'm so confused. It's hard to bring my head around. It's too much to take in.

"Do I need to repeat myself, brat?"

My eyes widened. "B-But..." I trailed off. My mouth couldn't seem to make words. My heart seemed to be bathing in bliss, I couldn't believe it. Sasori-Danna did love me. He did care for me. He did want me around. "I'm...sorry. For the way I reacted before." Sasori apologized.

"It's fine, hm." I told him. He moved away from me and released my waist before spinning me around to face him. "I never thought I'd feel emotion after I turned myself into a puppet. But after I met you, it slowly started to come back. I didn't realize why until it was too late. I'd already hurt you. So I hope you can give me a chance, brat."

"Sasori-Danna, Why do you keep calling me brat?" I asked him, clutching his cloak with one hand to keep myself steady.

"Because that's who you are. You're a childish, little brat. But...you're my childish little brat." He replied, placing his hand on the back of my neck.

The heat rose to my cheeks at his comment and I averted my gaze from his. (See Picture For Scene).

"Look at me, brat." He said gently. My gaze slowly turned and my eyes met his. There was a pressure at the back of my head as he pulled my face closer to his own. Our lips met in the middle. It was much different than last time during our mission. A good different.

His lips were warm and soft, yet firm at the same time. He hands moved around my waist and he pulled me closer to him, his tongue running across my bottom lip. I denied him entrance, having never done this before, but he wouldn't take no for an answer.

He bit my lip slightly causing me to gasp in shock. The redhead took this chance to shove his tongue into my mouth. Our tongues seemed to battle for dominance, although he was easily the winner. We both then pulled away, gasping for air, slight pants coming from each of us.

"Now do you believe me, brat?" He questioned. "Y-Yes, Sasori-Danna." I said shyly. He simply smirked before giving me a quick peck on the lips causing me to blush even more. We both grew quiet as we heard a loud crash from somewhere else in the base.

"Deimara! I'm coming, un!"

My eyes widened and I quickly moved off of Sasori and laid down in the bed whilst he jumped to his feet and nearly dove to the other side of the room, opening a drawer and looking through it like he was searching for something. Without words, we both knew this wasn't something we could tell my brother.

The door burst open and he blonde rushed in, kneeling beside me. "Deimara! Are you okay, un?" He asked worriedly. "Dei-nii...I'm really sorry. About what I did that one morning. Please don't be angry with me." I murmured wrapping my arms around him tightly.

"How could I be mad? I'm just glad you're okay, un." He replied holding me. "Too tight!" I whined and he instantly loosened his grip. "Sorry, un." He muttered causing me to giggle slightly. "I can't believe Sasori-Danna let you get hurt, un! I'll turn him into art!" Deidara boomed.

"Really, brat?" Sasori spoke in a bored tone. Deidara whipped around, nearly falling over. "Wha? Whe...H-..." He was unable to make words. "He was there the whole time. When we were escaping, Sasori-Danna could have left me behind but...he came back for me." I explained to my brother.

Deidara stared at Sasori for about a minute before nodding. "You're safe this one time, Danna. But next time you lay one finger on her I'm turning you into art!" Deidara yelled. "Whatever, brat." Sasori sighed. "Deidara-nii. I'm really tired." I yawned.
